Objective:Based on the technology of data mining,this study conducted a study on Professor’s medication patterns in the treatment of Behcet’s syndrom,ethereby obtaining the prescription medication patterns of Behcet’s syndrome,and providing clinical scientific basis for TCM to recognize and treat Behcet’s syndrome.method:The collection of case data was conducted using Professor ’s outpatient case system,with a visit time from January 2019 to November 2022.Cases that met the inclusion criteria were included in the study,and relevant information was collected,including basic patient information(name,gender,age),diagnostic information(clinical symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types,traditional Chinese medicine,and Western medicine diagnosis),and traditional Chinese medicine treatment information(composed of traditional Chinese medicine).Using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform V3.0,analyze gender,traditional Chinese medicine taste,symptoms,syndrome types,cluster analysis between formulas,traditional Chinese medicine meridians,association rules between drugs,frequency of traditional Chinese medicine drugs,etc.Results:A total of 117 cases were admitted,with a total of 117 prescriptions,including 290 traditional Chinese medicines.According to the statistical analysis of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform V3.0,the distribution of this disease syndrome is mainly characterized by liver spleen dampness heat syndrome and yin deficiency heat toxicity syndrome;There are 21 Chinese herbal medicines with a frequency greater than 20 times,and the top 10 Chinese herbal medicines with a frequency greater than 20 times are licorice,scutellaria baicalensis,coptis chinensis,rehmannia glutinosa,angelica sinensis,peony bark,red peony,Poria cocos,dried ginger,and honeysuckle;In terms of drug efficacy,heat clearing drugs rank first with a proportion of 34.09%,followed by tonifying deficiency drugs and diuretic and osmotic dampness drugs;The first place in the distribution of the four qi of 209 traditional Chinese medicines is cold drugs,followed by warm and peaceful drugs.The first place in the distribution of the five flavors is bitter drugs,followed by sweet and spicy drugs.The first three places in the frequency of drug meridians are spleen,lung,and liver,respectively;Among the high-frequency drug combinations,the combination of licorice and scutellaria baicalensis has the highest frequency of use,with a frequency of 51 times,accounting for 6.56%;After cluster analysis of 117 prescriptions,6 core drugs were obtained.Conclusion:1.Statistical results of syndrome types:The common syndrome of Behcet’s syndrome is liver spleen dampness heat syndrome,with a frequency of 64 times and a frequency of 54.70%.2.Statistical results of clinical symptoms:The common clinical symptoms of Behcet’s syndrome are oral ulcers,with a frequency of 94 times.3.Frequency statistics of traditional Chinese medicine:There are 290 types of drugs used to treat Behcet’s syndrome,with a total frequency of 1662 occurrences.Among them,the 10 most frequently used drugs are li cori ce,scutell ari a,coptis,rehmanni a,angelica,peony bark,red peony,Poria cocos,ginger,and honeysuckle.4.Statistical results of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy:Heat clearing drugs are the most commonly used drugs by mentors,with a frequency of 511 times and a frequency of 34.09%.5.Statistical results of the four qi,five flavors,and meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicine:The four qi are mainly composed of cold drugs,with a frequency of 706 times and 47.1%;The main frequency of the five flavors is 794 bitter herbs,with a frequency of 37.72%;The main meridian is the spleen meridian,with a frequency of 728 times and a frequency of 16.35%.6.Statistical results of drug association:28 core drug pairs were obtained,among which licorice and scutellaria baicalensis had the highest frequency ofcompatibility,with a frequency of 51 times.7.Cluster analysis results of traditional Chinese medicine:Six core drugs were obtained:1.licorice,patchouli,ophiopogon japonicus,honey suckle,atractylodes macrocephala,scutellaria baicalensis,Poria cocos,and Rehmannia glutinosa;2.Chaihu,Jiaozhi Zi,Zexie,Jinlong Dan Cao,Plantago,Scutellaria bai cal ensis,bitter almond,peony skin;3.Licorice,Scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis chinensis,dried ginger,C odonopsis pilosula,Angelica sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Pinellia ternata;4.Li corice,peony bark,Rehmannia glutinosa,roasted licorice,Angelica sinensis,Scutellaria bai cal ensis,Coptis chinensis,and Atractylodes macrocephala;5.Peony bark,licorice,red peony,rehmannia glutinosa,honey suckle,Pori a cocos,dandelion,and anemarrhena asphodeloides;6.Li corice,Angelica sinensis,Coptis chinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Chuanxiong,Red peony,and Bupleurum. |
