Data Mining-Based Study On The Traditional Chinese Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion In The Pre-Thrombotic State

Obj ective:Based on the data mining method,we reviewed and analyzed the Chinese medicine prescription rules for the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion in the pre-thrombotic state,and excavated the core prescriptions to give the basis for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:From January 2000 to December 2022,the literature on Chinese medicine for recurrent spontaneous abortion in the pre-thrombotic state was searched in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM.The literature was screened using inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the specific information of prescriptions and drugs that met the criteria was extracted and entered into Microsoft Excel 2016 software to create a database,statistical evidence type,frequency of drug use medicine,drug efficacy,drug taste and meridian,and the IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used for association rule analysis and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software for clustering analysis.Results:According to the search method,1243 documents were retrieved,and 13 2 documents with 13 7 prescriptions were finally included based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.A total of 124 herbal medicines were prescribed in 13 7 prescriptions,with a total drug frequency of 1554 times.Among the 13 2 papers included,41 traditional chinese medicine(TCM)evidence types were obtained,and 10 evidence types were obtained after TCM evidence types were standardized.Cuscuta sinensis ranked first,followed by Radix et Rhizoma,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix et Rhizoma Mulberry,Salviae Miltiorrhiza,Atractylodes Macrocephala,Radix Paeoniae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix.The distribution of the drug’s four gases is primarily warm,calm,and cold;the distribution of the drug’s five tastes is primarily sweet,bitter,and pungent;and the drug is primarily associated with the liver,spleen,and kidney meridians.Drug association rule analysis yielded 44 drug pairs or drug combinations,including two groups of dichotomous association pairs,twenty groups of triple association groups,fifteen groups of quadruple association groups,and seven groups of quintuple association groups;Five groups of clustered prescriptions were obtained through cluster analysis of herbal medicines with frequencies of ten times:C1:sequestra,mulberry,cuscuta,aconite,scutellaria,prunus,ramie root,at racty lodes,codonop si s,chenpi,astragalus;C2:licorice,panax ginseng,danshen;C3:yam,cornelian,sand,raw groundnut,motherwort;C4:angelica,chuanxiong,white peony,poria;C5:cow’s knee,safflower,schisandra,red peony,rehmannia,bacopa monniera,epimedium,wolfberry,aromatic herb,deer horn cream.Conclusion:1.Recurrent spontaneous abortion in the pre-thrombotic state is mostly manifested as evidence of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,with kidney deficiency and lack of consolidation of the ramus as the root cause and blood stasis blocking the uterus as the symptom.2.The main drugs used in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion in the pre-thrombotic state are those that tonify the deficiency and stimulate blood circulation to resolve blood stasis,and are primarily warm and flat in nature,sweet and bitter in taste,and belong to the three meridians of the liver,spleen,and kidney.Cuscuta sinensis,Morinda citrifolia,Radix et Rhizoma,Radix Angel icae Sinensis,Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephala,Radix Paeoni ae Alba,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,and others are examples.3.According to the findings of association rule analysis and cluster analysis,the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion in the pre-thrombotic state is based on tonifying the kidney and invigorating blood,resolving blood stasis and calming the fetus,as well as strengthening the spleen and benefiting the qi,tonifying blood to stop bleeding,and regulating qi to calm the fetus.The addition and subtraction of Shoutai Pill as the main formula establishes a foundation for clinical therapy of this condition.
