| Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with herb-separated moxibustion on patients with chronic renal failure(CKD 3–4).This study will provide a theoretical basis for the further clinical application of herbal decoction combined with herb-separated moxibustion in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Method:Seventy patients who met the inclusion criteria of chronic renal failure(CKD3-4)due to Spleen and kidney yang deficiency were selected from January 2022 to January 2023 in the Department of Nephrology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into the treatment group(n = 35)and the control group(n = 35).Patients in both groups were given basic treatment.Patients in the treatment group were treated with modified Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with herb-separated moxibustion,while those in the control group were treated with modified Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with moxibustion.The decoction was orally administered twice a day in the morning and evening.Moxibustion and herb-separated moxibustion were conducted once a day.The patients in the two groups received continuous treatment for 4 weeks.The renal functions(Scr,BUN,Cysc,and UA),24-hour urine protein quantification,and routine blood tests(RBC and Hb)of the patients were observed.According to the gender,age,and creatinine of the patients,the GFR was calculated,as well as the changes in TCM syndrome scores and clinical comprehensive curative effect.The results were statistically analyzed.Result:1.Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with herb-separated moxibustion had good therapeutic effects on patients with chronic renal failure,with the total effective rate of 75.00% in the control group and 88.24% in the treatment group.The efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P< 0.05).2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased,and compared with the control group,the symptom relief in the treatment group was more significant(P< 0.05).3.After treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN,Cysc,and UA in the two groups were decreased,while the GFR was increased,so the efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05).The levels of RBC and Hb were higher than those before treatment,and the efficacy of the control group was superior to that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with herb-separated moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of chronic renal failure(CKD3-4)patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency.2.Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with herb-separated moxibustion can improve the renal function of patients with chronic renal failure(CKD3-4)with spleen-kidney yang deficiency and delay the progress of renal function.3.It is effective and safe to treat chronic renal failure(CKD3-4)with spleen-kidney yang deficiency by Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with herb-separated moxibustion. |
