Clinicai Observation Of Wenxu Decoction In Treating Diabetic Lower Extremity Arterial Disease(Cold-dampness Blocking Syndrome)

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the changes of skin temperature,TBI and TCM syndrome scores of patients with diabetic lower extremity arterial disease(cold-dampness blocking syndrome)before and after treatment,analyze the experimental data,and explore the effectiveness of Wenxu Decoction in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease(cold-dampness blocking syndrome)based on the theory of “Yang Hua Qi,Yin shaping”.Methods: 66 patients with cold-dampness blocking syndrome of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease were randomly divided into two groups:There were 31 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.Both groups were given basic treatment such as control of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipids,the control group was treated with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Wenxu Decoction.After 15 days of treatment,the numerical changes of skin temperature of big toe,TBI and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:(1)the skin temperature of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)there was significant difference in TBI between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).(3)in the comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment,the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)based on the theory of “Yang Hua Qi,Yin shaping”,Wenxu Decoction can effectively improve the skin temperature of lower extremities,increase the value of TBI and improve the symptoms and signs of patients with diabetic lower extremity arterial disease(cold-dampness blocking syndrome).(2)the effect of Wenxu Decoction in improving skin temperature and symptoms and signs of lower extremities was better than that of pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets,but there was no significant difference in increasing TBI.
