Clinical Observation Of Shengji Decoction For Wounds Healing After Operation Of Mixed Hemorrhoids Of Spleen Deficiency And Qi Collapse Type

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Shengji Decoction for wounds healing after operation of mixed hemorrhoids of spleen deficiency and qi collapse type.Provide clinical observation data for Shengji Decoction to promote wounds healing after operation of mixed hemorrhoids of spleen deficiency and qi collapse type.Method86 subjects who met the criterion were ramdomly devided into two groups of treatment group(N=43)and the control group(N=43)between February 2009-December 2019.Both groups of patients were treated internal hemorrhoid ligation and external hemorrhoid excision under local anesthesia.On the basis of the same routine treatment after operation,the treatment group oraled Shengji Decoction twice a day before dressing change on the first day after operation,half an hour after breakfast and dinner for 7days.Observed the anal pain,the sense of fall-swell in anus,defecation,and anal edema in the two groups before treatment,on the 3rd,5th,and 7th days after treatment,recorded the wound healing time,and calculated total efficacy.Results86 subjects were selected and no cases dropped out during the observation period.There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of gender distribution,age distribution,length of disease,number of ligated hemorrhoids,and number of extraoperative incisions.There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative anal pain,the sense of fall-swell in anus and edema,and the two groups were comparable.The results are analyzed as follows:(1)Anal pain:On the 3rd day after operation,there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups in anal pain(P>0.05).On the 5th and 7th day after the operation,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in anal pain(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing anal pain.(2)The sense of fall-swell in anus:On the 3rd,5th and 7th day after the operation,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The tre atment group was better than the control group in reducing the sense of fall-swell in anus in the early postoperative stage.(3)Defecation:On the 3rd,5th and 7th day after the operation,the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving postoperative defecation.(4)Edema:On the 3rd and 5th day after the operation,the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in pain(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing edema in the early postoperative stage.On the 7th day after operation,there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups in pain(P>0.05).(5)Total efficiency and wound healing time:On the 7th day after the operation,the efficacy rate was 100% in the treatment group and 93.0% in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average wound healing time of the treatment group was(16.56±2.11)days,and the control group was(19.54±2.30)days.The treatment group was shorter than the control group.The average wound healing time of the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionShengji Decoction can effectively reduce anal pain,the sense of fall-swell in anus and edema after operation of mixed hemorrhoids of spleen deficiency and qi collapse type,improve defecation and shorten wound healing time.And there are no adverse reactions in the process of medication,and the safety is better,which is worthy of clinical application.
