Analysis Of Prescription Drug Used By Professor Zhang Fuli In Treating Hyperthyroidism

Objective:The clinical experience of professor Zhang Fuli in the treatment of hyperthyroidism patients was collected and sorted out,and his clinical experience in the treatment of hyperthyroidism was summarized by using data mining technology,providing experience and ideas for the treatment of hyperthyroidism with traditional Chinese medicine in the future.Methods:All the collected cases were from the outpatient clinic of Professor Zhang Fuli of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.From June 2017 to November 2021,professor Zhang Fuli treated patients with hyperthyroidism.A total of116 cases were selected according to the diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion criteria of Traditional Chinese and western medicine.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were recorded into the TRADITIONAL Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing Platform(V3.0)system,mainly including: Name,gender,age,date of diagnosis,symptoms,tongue coating,pulse condition,diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine diagnosis and TCM syndrome type,treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese traditional medicine prescription,drug dosage,data upload is complete,click on the data analysis module,the module of the statistical analysis,prescription analysis,tongue and pulse condition analysis part,such as analysis,to extract the data on the study,The data statistics of medication frequency,gender statistics,four qi,five flavor,meridian and efficacy of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine were obtained.The commonly used drug combinations were obtained based on association rule analysis,and the cluster analysis chart of prescription and core drug combinations were obtained based on K-means algorithm and regression model clustering analysis.Results:1.Among 116 hyperthyroidism patients,41 cases were male,accounting for 35.34% of the total number of patients;There were 75 female patients,accounting for 64.66% of the total.The prevalence rate in females was about 1.83 times that in males.2.The analysis of tongue images showed that there were more three kinds of tongue images: yellow and greasy frequency of tongue coating(26),red tongue,yellow and greasy coating(15),and yellow coating(11).3.Pulse analysis shows that there are more four kinds of pulse: pulse chord number 24,pulse chord 23,pulse sinking chord 18,and pulse sinking 113.Four-gas analysis showed that cold drugs,warm drugs and flat drugs were used more frequently(608,445 and 291,respectively).Analysis of five flavors showed that bitter,sweet and spicy drugs were used more frequently(733,725 and 565,respectively).The frequency of liver(700),spleen(636)and heart(528)was the highest.According to the analysis of efficacy frequency,heat clearing 317,deficiency tonifying 165,relieving 178 and water infiltration 157 accounted for 24.00%,16.97%,16.01% and 10.61% of the total frequency,respectively.4.In association rule analysis,support degree 210 and confidence degree 0.99 were set to obtain the core prescriptions of glycyrrhiza glycyrrhiza,ginger,Indigo naturalis,mulberry parasitic and Ophiopogon.Drug frequency analysis showed that 32 drugs were used more than 20 times.5.In the analysis of prescription group rule,the "cluster number" was set to 5 through k-means algorithm,and the composition and number of 5 core drugs were obtained.They are ophiopogon maimentosum,Poria naturalis,raw paeonia alba,ginger,raw licorice and rehmannia glutinosa(13).Rhizoma maimendii,Pinellia pinellia,Poria naturalis,Rehmannia glutinosa,glycyrrhiza glycyrrhiza,scutellaria baicalensis(38);Rhizoma maimendii,rehmannia glutinosa,ginger,licorice root,Fu Shen,Atractylodes atractylodes atractylodes(38);Ophiopogonis,ginger,raw licorice,Indigo Naturalis,Scutellaria baicalensis,mulberry parasite(19);Peony bark,raw peony root,Ophiopogon,ginger,raw licorice,Indigo naturalis(19).Conclusion:1.Professor Zhang Fuli believes that the occurrence of hyperthyroidism is closely related to the etiology of the disease,such as liver stagnation,qi stagnation and fire,and qi-yin deficiency.2.Prof.Zhang Fuli’s treatment of hyperthyroidism is based on cold,warm and flat herbs,bitter,sweet and pungent herbs,and the meridians of liver,spleen and heart meridians.The common efficacy of the herbs are in the order of clearing heat,tonifying deficiency,relieving symptoms,and diuresis and percolating dampness.3.Professor Zhang Fuli’s prescriptions for the treatment of hyperthyroidism are based on clearing heat and nourishing yin,together with strengthening the spleen and dispelling dampness,submerging the yang and clearing the ligaments.At the same time,he emphasizes the use of both Qi and blood,the combination of rigidity and flexibility,the combination of elevation and declination,and the use of both tonics and diarrhoea.
