Research On Professor Sang Xisheng’s Experience In Treating Reflux Esophagitis Based On Data Mining

Objective:By collecting cases of reflux esophagitis treated by Prof.Sang Xisheng,the cases were mined and analyzed by using modern data processing methods.Based on the results of the analysis,Professor Sang Xisheng’s understanding of the etiology of reflux esophagitis and the characteristics of his medication are summarized and his academic thinking on the treatment of this disease is further summarized.Methods:The medical records of patients with reflux esophagitis treated by Prof.Sang Xisheng in the outpatient clinic between September 2020 and January2023 were collected,from which a total of 178 medical records eligible for entry were collated and screened.The name,age,gender,main symptoms,pulse,tongue,and prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicines used in the first clinic were entered into the Excel template provided by the "TCM Heritage Computing Platform(V3.0)" software,and then the data were uploaded and then run.The software was used to analyze gender,age,symptom,pulse,tongue,herbal flavor,herbal genus,herbal efficacy,frequency of herbal use,herbal association rules and clustering.Results:1.Among the 178 patients,67 were male,accounting for 37.64 %;111were female,accounting for 62.36 %.In terms of the age of the included patients,the proportions of 18-40 years old,41-62 years old,and 63-82 years old were: 21.91%,53.37%,and 24.72%,respectively.2.In terms of symptoms,Acid regurgitation,heartburn,stomach distension,belching,foreign body sensation in the throat,poor sleep,irritability,anorexia;Pink tongue,white and thin fur is the most common tongue symptoms;Deep pulse is the most common pulse condition.3.In terms of the properties and flavors of medicines,the properties of commonly used Chinese medicines are: warmth,cold and peace;the flavors of commonly used Chinese medicines are: bitterness,pungency,and sour;The most commonly used Chinese medicines are classified into the Spleen,lung,and stomach meridians;The commonly used traditional Chinese medicine categories are: Regulating qi,dehumidifying and clearing heat.4.In the analysis of association rules,the number of support is set to 140,and the core drugs obtained are Fructus Aurantii Immaturus,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Fructus Citri,Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis,Cortex Magnolia Officinalis and Fructus Bambusae.When the number of support is set to 140,the most frequently used drug combinations are "raw Atractylodes macrocephala,immature bitter orange","citron,bergamot" and "raw Atractylodes macrocephala,bergamot" in turn.5.In the cluster analysis,based on the k-means algorithm,the "nu mber of clusters" was set to 6,and 6 core drug combinations were obt ained,namely Fructus aurantii,Citrus medica L,stir-fried Shenqu,Bu ddha’s hand,raw atractylodes macrocephala,Akebia Stem,magnolia off icinalis,stir-fried malt;raw atractylodes macrocephala,Citrus medica L,Fructus aurantii,Buddha’s hand,magnolia officinalis,stir-fried Shen qu,pinellia;Fructus aurantii,Citrus medica L,Buddha’s hand,raw atra ctylodes macrocephala,magnolia officinalis,Akebia Stem,Sea clam,R hizoma Cyperi;raw atractylodesmacrocephala,Citrus medica L,Buddha’s hand,Fructus aurantii,Akebia Stem,magnolia officinalis,Sea clam,Ebullia herb;Citrus medica L,Fructus aurantii,Buddha’s hand,raw atractylodes macrocephala,pinellia,Akebia Stem,magnolia officinalis,d ried tangerine;Fructus aurantii,Citrus medica L,rawatractylodes macr ocephala,Buddha’s hand,dandelion,pinellia,golden cypress.Conclusion:1.Professor Sang Xisheng thinks that the disease location of reflux esophagitis lies in the stomach,and its pathogenesis level lies in qi.The disease is due to qi deficiency and stagnation of stomach,emotional disharmony,improper diet and insufficient congenital endowment;The core pathogenesis is spleen qi deficiency and stomach qi stagnation.According to the law of disease transmission,the disease can change from depression to stagnation,and from qi to blood.2.As for the selected drugs,Professor Sang Xisheng mostly uses drugs with pungent taste that can smooth qi movement,and the drugs used are mild in nature,cold and warm,and are used to avoid the damage of the drugs themselves to the spleen and stomach.3.Professor Sang Xisheng’s treatment of this disease is based on the overall treatment idea of disease as the key link and syndrome differentiation.According to the core pathogenesis of this disease,he formulated the core treatment method of regulating stomach and activating spleen,and adapted to the characteristics of stomach fu-organs for use,and chose Liwei Decoction as the core prescription for the treatment of this disease.On this basis,combined with the secondary pathogenesis and symptoms,the syndrome and symptomatic treatment.
