Clinical Effect Of Shujin Huoxue Decoction Combined With Thunder Fire Moxibustion On Ankle Impingement Syndrome

Objective :1.To compare the curative effect of Shujin Huoxue decoction and Shujinhuoxue decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on ankle soft tissue impingement syndrome,2.To explore the mechanism of Shujin Huoxue Decoction combined with thunderfire moxibustion in the treatment of ankle joint impingement syndrome.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,73 patients who visited the outpatient department of Bone Injury in our hospital from October 2020 to Dec 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given oral Shujinhuoxuet decoction and the traditional treatment of functional training,and the experimental group was given thunder fire moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.Serum TNF-α levels were compared between the two groups.Baird-Jackson score and AOFAS ankle and hindfoot function score before and after 1 month of treatment.And the clinical effectiveness of treatment for one month.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the recorded data.Result:1.80 patients were collected in the experimental plan.There were 40 cases in the experimental group and 40 cases in the control group.Finally,36 cases in the experimental group(4 cases shedding)and 37 cases in the control group(3 cases shedding)were included in the statistical analysis.The experiment proceeded smoothly with no adverse reactions.2.AOFAS ankle and posterior foot scores in 2 groups:After treatment,the AOFAS score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(Z=2.056,P=0.000).After treatment,the pain items of the experimental group(Z=2.239,P=0.000)and the pain items of the control group(Z=2.093,P=0.000)were respectively analyzed from the AOFAS ankle and hind foot function scores.Both groups experienced pain relief after treatment.The scores of activity items in the experimental group(Z=2.357,P=0.000)and those in the control group(Z=1.359,P=0.041,)showed that the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The sum of other functional items was analyzed.The scores of functional items in the experimental group(t=-7.493,P=0.000)and those in the control group(t=-4.231,P=0.000).3.Baird-Jackson score before and after treatment of patients in both groups: Scores of patients in both groups increased and symptoms improved after treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group.After treatment(Z=2.755,P=0.000).4.Serum TNF-α level before and after treatment: Serum TNF-α content in both groups decreased after a course of treatment,and the content of TNF-α in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group after treatment(T=-7.025,P=0.000).4.After a month of treatment,treatment group effective rate was higher than the control group(94.44% > 83.78%),(squared = 10.061,P= 0.018).The results were statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Shu Jin Huoxui Decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion has a significant effect on the patients with ankle joint impingement syndrome,the symptoms are improved obviously,safe and reliable.2.Shu Jin Huoxu Decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion can reduce the content of TNF α in serum,relieve pain and improve the function of ankle joint.This method is easy to operate,has good curative effect and improves the quality of life.
