Objective:In this study,a randomized controlled study was conducted to observe the effect of Bushen Zhuangjin decoction on residual numbness after endoscopic decompression of lumbar spinal stenosis,so as to optimize the treatment of numbness symptoms after endoscopic decompression of lumbar spinal stenosis,so as to provide evidence-based medical evidence and more effective treatment options for postoperative residual numbness. Methods:Patients diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis in Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected, and underwent " endoscopic lumbar spinal decompression" in the Department of Spinal Surgery of Fuzhou Second Hospital.60 postoperative patients with lower limb numbness were included and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Both the control group and the experimental group were treated with the same routine basic treatment, including mecobalamine tablets :0.5mg/ time,3 times/day,for 1 month, and the lumbago muscle function exercise was started 1 week after the operation. On the basis of conventional treatment, the experimental group was treated with Bushen Zhuangjin decoction for 4 courses,7 days as a course of treatment. The numbness VAS scores and the 10 g single nylon rope were recorded before operation, the first day after operation, the second week, the first month and the second month after treatment, the curative effect of 2 months after treatment was evaluated according to the diagnostic efficacy criteria of TCM syndrome, and the diagnostic efficacy criteria of TCM 2 months after treatment were observed to evaluated the therapeutic effect. At the same time, the efficacy of the patients was observed in the experiment, and it was also necessary to pay attention to whether the patients were treated according to the requirements of the experiment. The cases of adverse reactions occurred during the treatment were recorded.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis in this study to compare whether there were differences in efficacy between the two groups. Results:There was no statistical significance in general conditions(sex, operative approach, age, course of disease, segment,Classification of spinal stenosis)between the two groups(P > 0.05).1.Nylon rope test: after 2 weeks of treatment, the score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant 1 month after treatment(P < 0.05).3.Numbness VAS score: 2 weeks after treatment, the scores of both groups were lower than before treatment, and the VAS score of experimental group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Diagnostic effect of diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine: Compared with the statistical results of the overall curative effect of TCM in the two groups of patients 2months after surgery, the effective rate of Bushen Zhuangjin decoction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the improvement rate of the experimental group was 93% and that of the control group was 86%,which proved that there was a difference in the curative effect of TCM between the two groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Bushenzhuangjin Decoction and mecobalamine is significantly better than that of mecobalamine tablets alone, indicating that Bushenzhuangjin decoction can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of residual lower limb numbness after endoscopic decompression of lumbar spinal stenosis in patients.
