Clinical Observation Of Bushen Zhuangjin Decoction Combined With Posterior Decompression And Internal Fixation In Treating Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen zhuangjin Decoction combined with posterior decompression and internal fixation in treating lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS).Methods:Collect 60 patients who had undergone posterior decompression and internal fixation operation after being admitted to the NO.1 spine orthopaedics department of Gansu Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2019 to January 2021.Divided all cases into treatment group and control group randomly according to the sequence of admission and treatment,both groups with 30 cases.All of patients received routine treatment.The patients in the treatment group took Bushen zhuangjin Decoction on the basis of routine treatment,ones a day,30 minutes after breakfast and dinner.In this study,there were three courses of treatment,the first course was within one week after operation,the second course was within one to two weeks after operation.the second course was within one to two weeks after operation.The third course was within two to four weeks after operation.Observe and record the pain visual simulation score,lumbar JOA score and oswestry disability index of all patients,before and after the treatment at the corresponding treatment stage,collect and sort out the clinical data,and conduct statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical effect.Results:Summarized information of all patients with the pain visual simulation scores,lumbar JOA scores,and oswestry disability index scores in different treatment periods before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,the following results were obtained:1.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS):Compare the VAS scores of two groups before treatment,P=0.784,no significant difference;the two groups compare P=0.854 after treatment1 week,There was not statistically significant;the comparison between the two groups after treatment 2 weeks,P=0.917 with no significant difference.The comparison of P=0.030 after 4weeks of treatment,with statistical significance.2.Lumbar JOA score:Compare the lumbar JOA scores of the two groups of patients before treatment,P=0.826,no significant difference;the two groups compare P=0.113 after 1week of treatment,the difference was not significant;After 2 weeks of treatment,P=0.069 was not statistically significant.the comparison of P=0.002 after 4 weeks of treatment,with statistical significance.3.Oswestry disability index(ODI):To protect patients’ privacy,remove the sexual ability option,then compare the ODI scores of the two groups of patients before treatment,P=0.653,no significant difference;the two groups compared P=0.412 after 1 week of treatment,no difference The significance of the study;the two groups compared P=0.172 after 2 weeks of treatment,was not statistically significant;the comparison of P=0.015 after 4 weeks of treatment,with statistical significance.Conclusion:Combined with posterior decompression and internal fixation,Bushen zhuangjin Decoction can better improve the changes of visual analogue score,lumbarl JOA score,oswestry disability index,etc.in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis;Bushen zhuangjin Decoction can be effective Relieve the symptoms of waist and legs soreness,limited mobility,numbness of the lower limbs,weakness in LSS patients,which is conducive to the recovery and can improve the quality of life of patients.Medication safety,significant effect,less response,it is worthy of clinical application.
