Objective:To observe the effect of cupping exercise therapy combined with massage on lumbodorsal myofascitis and its influence on the muscle tension and pain symptoms of patients with lumbodorsal myofascitis, and to provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease. Methods:From April 2022 to January 2023,74 lumbodorsal myofascitis patients were selected from the Department of Massage of the Second People’s Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, with 37 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with cupping exercise combined with massage, while the control group was treated with simple massage once every other day for 10 times. The patients were evaluated before and after treatment,Pain Degree, the measurement of muscle tension of back surface chain-muscle tension coefficient K and JOA score were used as observation indexes, and the improvement of JOA lumbar function score before and after treatment was used as clinical efficacy evaluation. The data were collected and analyzed by SPSS24.0,and the data in each group were analyzed and compared.Results:1.Pain Degree: The difference between the two groups of Pain Degree before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment schemes can reduce the degree of pain of patients; After treatment, the difference between the two groups in Pain Degree was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in relieving pain.2.Evaluation of the muscle tension of the back surface chain-K value of the muscle tension coefficient of the back muscles: Before and after treatment, there was a statistical difference in the K value of the muscle tension coefficient of the back muscles between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment schemes can reduce the muscle tension of the back muscles of patients; After treatment, the K value of the muscle tension coefficient of the back muscles between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the muscle tension of the back muscles.3.JOA score: The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment schemes can improve the lumbar function of patients; After treatment, the difference of JOA score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving lumbar function.4.Evaluation of clinical curative effect: The total effective rate of the treatment group was91.43%,and that of the control group was 85.71%.After treatment, there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical curative effect of cupping exercise therapy combined with massage on lumbodorsal myofascitis was better than that of massage alone. Conclusions:Cupping combined with massage can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients with lumbodorsal myofascitis, reduce the muscle tension of low back muscles and improve the functional state of lumbar spine, and the clinical effect is better than that of massage alone.
