Flavored Luo Elimination Pill Treatment Of Infantile Tonsillitis(Exogenous Wind Heat,Phlegm And Blood Stasis Resistance Type Winding) Clinical Observation

Objective:Through the treatment of pediatric milk moth(exogenous wind heat,phlegm stasis collateral type)clinical curative effect,to explore confirmed flavor elimination pill of pediatric milk moth(exogenous wind heat,phlegm stasis collateral type),preliminary search for pediatric milk moth effective medicine of TCM treatment,at the same time for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric milk moth provide new dialectical ideas.Methods :Using the grouping method of randomized control,72 children with exogenous wind and heat,phlegm and stasis were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given with traditional Chinese medicine plus flavor elimination pills,and the control group was given to children with pharyngeal flat particles.Both groups were treated for 5 days.Light diet during treatment,after a course.After two courses of treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were improved before and after treatment were observed,and the curative effects of the two groups were analyzed according to the corresponding mathematical statistical methods,and the clinical efficacy of the pills was objectively evaluated.Results : 1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.8%,and the total effective rate of flat pharyngeal particles in the control group was 75.0%.After the rank sum test,P <0.05 was statistically significant,and the total efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Both groups could improve the symptoms and signs of the children,but the treatment group was better than the control group,P <0.05,which showed a statistically significant difference.(1)From the perspective of fever symptoms,by rank-sum test,P> 0.05,which was not statistically significant.However,from the perspective of antipyretic time,and P <0.05 by independent sample t-test.(2)From the perspective of the signs of tonsil enlargement,by rank-sum test,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.From the perspective of regression time of tonsil enlargement,and P <0.05 by independent sample t-test.(3)From the perspective of signs of pharyngeal congestion,by rank-sum test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.From the perspective of regression time of pharyngeal congestion,and P <0.05 by independent sample t-test.(4)In terms of the hoarseness symptoms,by rank-sum test,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(5)From the perspective of symptoms of sore throat,cough and runny nose,After the rank sum test,P> 0.05,which was not statistically significant.(6)From the follow-up situation two months later,the recurrence rate was 10.34% in the treatment group and 50% in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,with P <0.05.The difference was statistically significant.3.No adverse reaction events occurred during the experiment.4.Both flavored pills and pediatric pharyngeal granules can treat acute tonsillitis in children,but it has better efficacy in relieving hoarseness and sil enlargement and signs of pharyngeal congestion;antipyretic time,tonsil regression time and pharyngeal congestion regression time are better than flavored pharyngeal granules in children.The two groups have similar efficacy in antipyretic and relieving symptoms of pharyngeal pain,cough and runny nose;and flavored pills can reduce the recurrence rate of pediatric milk moth to some extent.Conclusion : Through clinical observation and research,can effectively shorten the tonsil enlargement,pharyngeal congestion and antipyretic time,improve fever,tonsil enlargement,pharyngeal congestion,sore throat,cough,hoarseness,runny nose and other symptoms,to a certain extent,reduce the recurrence rate of pediatric milk moth,and no adverse reactions during treatment.
