Research On The Optimization Path Of Medical And Elderly Care Service Supply

As China enters the aging society,the health status of the elderly group is not optimistic,showing high prevalence,long treatment cycle,easy recurrence and other problems after surgery.In addition to basic life care,the elderly group has an increasing demand for medical health and rehabilitation nursing.Medical institutions usually focus on routine medical services,while nursing institutions have a low level of medical care and insufficient ability to prevent the risk of large-scale diseases,resulting in a slowdown in the integration of medical and elderly care.Since Nanchang was listed as a national-level pilot city for integrated medical and elderly care in 2016,it has carried out in-depth exploration in innovative elderly care models,actively provided policy guidance to medical and elderly care institutions from the top-level design,integrated medical resources and elderly care resources,improved supply efficiency,continuously enriched supply content,and built a medical and elderly care integrated elderly care service model,and achieved certain results.However,subject to factors such as economic and institutional framework,it also faces many problems and challenges.Focusing on the research topic,this paper uses the theory of multiple welfare,and Maslow needs the hierarchy theory to construct an analytical model framework through literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other methods.The theoretical hypothesis is put forward from the three dimensions of supply subject,supply content and supply mechanism,in which the supply subject is divided into government,medical institution,pension institution and social organization.The supply content is divided into software services,hardware investment and information services;The supply mechanism is divided into management mechanism and supervision mechanism,and the internal logic between the three dimensions is analyzed,and then the statistical analysis software SPSS is used to describe the data,as well as the difference analysis of the satisfaction of each variable,the correlation analysis between each dimension and satisfaction,in-depth exploration of the analysis results,and verification of theoretical hypotheses.Based on this,from the perspective of supply,the existing problems of the integrated medical and elderly care model in Nanchang are explored,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the rationalization suggestions are given on how to improve the supply level of integrated medical and elderly care services based on the field investigation,so as to better improve the quality of integrated medical and elderly care services and promote the development of the integrated medical and elderly care service industry.It is found that from the macro background,the supply subject,supply content and supply mechanism are positively correlated with the satisfaction of medical and elderly care services.From the perspective of micro practice,there are still problems such as imbalance of supply subjects,single supply content,and rigid supply mechanism in medical and nursing care services.Specifically,the imbalance of supply entities is reflected in three aspects: the implementation of government policies,the insufficient integration of medical and nursing care institutions,and the limited role of social organizations.The single supply content is reflected in two aspects: serious homogenization of service content and weak integration of high-quality resources;The rigidity of the supply mechanism is reflected in the weak management capacity of medical and nursing care institutions and the imperfect service supervision system.The reasons for the above problems are the imperfect system of systems and policies,the imperfect incentive mechanism of all parties,the incomplete talent training system,the mismatch between supply and demand of elderly care services,and the fragmentation of supervision and management systems.Finally,based on the above analysis and relevant theories,the optimization path of the current medical and elderly care service supply is further proposed,that is,multi-party linkage participation and collaboration,broadening the service supply content,and optimizing the construction of management mechanism.
