Study On Influencing Factors Of The Spread Effect Of Help-seeking Information In Epidemic

The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought unprecedented challenges to human society.Social media platforms,represented by Weibo,have played a key role in facing this challenge.They have not only played a role in epidemic perception,risk warning and rapid information integration,but also become an important channel for information assistance,emotional connection and mutual comfort among the public.In this paper,based on the detailed possibility model of information as the theoretical basis,according to the spread of the help post in the microblog "Anti-epidemic help for help",the evaluation index and influencing factor index of the spread effect of the epidemic help information were set up,and the theoretical model of the influencing factor of the spread effect of the epidemic help information was constructed.Based on 1018 samples in the "Help against Epidemic" superscript,this paper investigates the influence of various factors,including information content,form of presentation and release time characteristics,on the transmission effect of help for epidemic from the two dimensions of the edge path and the central path through content analysis.It is expected to provide new ideas for improving the transmission effect of the epidemic help information and improving the quality of the information service of the "anti-epidemic help" platform.The study found that text length,Posting form,narrative Angle,help-seeking type and emotional attitude all had positive effects on the transmission effect of help-seeking information to varying degrees,while the integrity of information,Posting time and non-verbal symbols did not have significant effects on the transmission effect of help-seeking information.In order to effectively improve the transmission effect of help information,help seekers should pay attention to such factors as text length,Posting form and narrative Angle when publishing help information.At the same time,the platform of "anti-epidemic Help" needs to further integrate and share resources in the future.To optimize the functions and services of hyperphone,ensure the authenticity of help information,protect the privacy of help seekers,and follow up the progress of follow-up processing,so as to promote the construction and development of the platform.
