According to the data of the "seventh census",there are about 610000 elderly people in Shiyan City, accounting for 19% of the total population of the city, including about 450000 elderly people over 65 years old, accounting for 14% of the total population of the city. The total number of elderly people over 65 years of age in the city increased by 5.54% compared with the statistical data of the "six general education",reflecting the rapid development of aging in the city.At the end of the next Five-Year Plan, the city may exceed the total number of 800000 elderly people,up nearly six percentage points.By that time, the population of the city will be in transition from a light degree of aging to a medium degree of aging.Through the way of questionnaire, the current situation of medical and nursing care institutions was investigated on the spot.Based on the findings of the survey, although the "medical and nursing" institutions in Shiyan City have developed well in recent years, the "loopholes" are also obvious in combination with the actual situation. For example, its capacity for sustainable development is insufficient, the service content of "medical" and "nursing" institutions is structurally unbalanced, the infrastructure and hardware resources of "medical" and "nursing" institutions are insufficient, the positioning of "medical" and "nursing" institutions is unclear, the resources are difficult to connect, and the institutional soft power is insufficient, which seriously hinders the development of this city’s medical and nursing integrated elderly care institutions towards high quality and high level. At the same time,it made a deep analysis of the reasons for the problems in the development, combined with the local reality,so as to propose a unified industry standard for "medical" and "nursing" institutions, and build a smart medical and nursing integrated management system;Develop evaluation indicators and monitor group needs in real time;Find out its own position, clarify the direction of development, and reasonably plan resources; To improve the social status of nursing staff, strengthen the training and motivation of talents, and so on.In combination with local specific conditions, explore a "medical care" service system that matches its socio-economic development level, promote resource sharing between nursing homes and hospitals, establish a "medical care" alliance, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win between the two.In addition,it will provide some experience for small and medium-sized cities in the third and fourth tier that have similar situations with Shiyan City. |
