Research On Outpatient Process Optimization Of H Hospital

With the improvement of people’s living standard,China’s medical system is improving day by day.The medical problems of the masses have become one of the practical problems concerned by the development of our country and the masses.People need timely and satisfactory medical services in their daily life.However,from the perspective of the development of medical institutions,providing satisfactory medical services for patients can further gain more benefits for medical institutions.From the perspective of social development,good medical services provided by medical institutions can stabilize the healthy development of the society.In view of the development status of China’s medical industry,medical resources are still scarce,resulting in a great contradiction between the demand of patients and the supply of medical institutions.As a general hospital,H Hospital began to emerge gradually: the number of patients attending the hospital increased,the waiting time of patients increased,the number of unnecessary visits to the hospital increased,the number of visits between the departments of the hospital increased,and the hospital could not meet the medical services required by patients.As a result,the complaints,complaints and satisfaction of patients in H Hospital are reduced.Therefore,it is necessary to study and optimize the outpatient service process of H Hospital.Paper through field observation of the process for H hospital outpatient clinic,for patients with clinic on data analysis and questionnaire survey was conducted on patient satisfaction,collected H hospital outpatient clinic process related processes,data and information and the problems existing in the process,and aims at H hospital outpatient paper discusses the problems in the process.First of all,the research status and relevant research results of hospital treatment process at home and abroad are studied.Secondly,through the statistical analysis of the relevant data of the outpatient treatment process of H Hospital,and the distribution of satisfaction questionnaires to patients,the problems in the outpatient treatment process of H hospital were collected.Finally,according to the actual situation of H hospital,formulate the specific implementation plan of the optimization and reengineering of outpatient service process.At present,the new outpatient service process has been gradually implemented in H Hospital and achieved obvious results.After the optimization and reengineering of outpatient service process,the number of complaints and waiting time of patients decreased.Through the optimization and reengineering of outpatient process,the pressure of outpatient treatment can be greatly alleviated,and the personalized and differentiated needs of patients can be met,which is of great significance to the development of H Hospital.
