Study On Drug Use Law Of Professor Liu Yanjing Treating Chronic Cholecystitis Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: This project is based on data mining technology,using the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform to analyse and study the medical cases of Professor Liu Yanjing’s treatment of chronic cholecystitis,and summarise Professor Liu Yanjing’s medication pattern and clinical experience in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis,with a view to providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic cholecystitis.Methods: The case data of patients with chronic cholecystitis in Professor Liu Yanjing’s outpatient clinic from May 2021 to August 2022 were collected,collated and screened,the data were entered into an Excel sheet and then imported into the Ancient Medical Case Cloud Platform(V2.3.5)for data standardisation,database creation and statistical analysis by applying the platform’s functional modules of statistical analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis.The data was obtained for discussion.Results:1.A total of 211 cases and 284 consultations were collected in this study,with more female than male patients and the highest number of incidences in the 50-59 age group.2.A total of 58 symptoms were collected in this study,of which the top 5 in terms of frequency were right hypochondriac pain,bitterness in the mouth,poor appetite,loose stools and dry mouth.The tongue and pulse statistics showed the highest frequency of red tongue,thin white coating and sunken and stringent pulse.The TCM symptoms were mainly liver and gallbladder damp-heat and liver and gallbladder qi stagnation symptoms.3.Professor Liu Yanjing uses 103 herbs for the treatment of chronic cholecystitis,the top 5 in frequency are Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Chen Pi,Roasted Licorice and Chuan Xiong in that order.The medicinal properties are mainly warm and slightly cold.The taste of the herbs is mainly pungent,bitter and sweet.The meridians of the medicine are mainly the spleen,stomach,lung,liver and gall bladder meridians.The effects of the herbs are mainly to clear the liver,remove heat and fire,dry dampness and resolve phlegm.Commonly used formulas are Chai Hu Dredging Liver San and Da Chai Hu Tang.4.Liu Yanjing Professor’s commonly used pairs for the treatment of chronic cholecystitis are Bai Shao-Chai Hu,Chen Pi-Chai Hu,Chuan Xiong-Chai Hu,Citrus Aurantium-Chuan Xiong,Citrus Aurantium-Chai Hu.There are 3 categories of clustered formulas,category 1: ginger,neem,yanhuosuo,scutellaria,rhubarb and hedgehog;category2: mullein,poria,forsythia,lycopodium,shenmue and hawthorn;category 3: roasted licorice,semen,chai hu,white peony,chenpi,incense root,chuanxiong and hedgehog.The core medicines are Chai Hu,Chen Pi,Bai Shao,Citrus Aurantium,Chuan Xiong,Xiang Fu,Roasted Licorice,Semen,Scutellaria and Da Huang.Conclusion:1.According to Professor Liu Yanjing,chronic cholecystitis is predominantly a real condition.The etiology of the disease is due to stagnation of Qi in the liver and gallbladder or damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder caused by emotional discomfort or dietary disorders,and chronic disease results in deficiency of Qi and Yin,interspersed with blood stasis.In treatment,the mainstay of treatment is to dredge the liver,drain damp-heat and remove stasis;in deficiency cases,the mainstay is to nourish liver-yin and dredge the liver to strengthen the spleen.2.In treating chronic cholecystitis,Professor Liu Yanjing uses medicines that are mainly warm and slightly cold in nature;pungent,bitter and sweet in taste;and draining the liver and relieving depression,clearing heat and fire,and drying dampness and resolving phlegm.Commonly used formulas are Chai Hu Dredging Liver San and Da Chai Hu Tang.The core herbs are Chai Hu,Chen Pi,Bai Shao,Citrus Aurantium,Chuan Xiong,Xiang Fu,Roasted Licorice,Radix Panax,Scutellaria and Rhubarb.
