Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Zhang Xikui In The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Supportsystem

Objective:The clinical medical case of Professor Zhang Xikui in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis were analyzed by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Supportsystem,in order to explore Professor Zhang’s medication experience and clinical thinking in the treatment of the disease,lay the foundation for inheriting and carrying forward Professor Zhang’s academic thought,and provide reference for clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:Through the comprehensive collection and collation of chronic glomerulonephritis medical records that meet the inclusion criteria in Professor Zhang’s outpatient department from January 2016 to December 2021,the medical record information that meets the inclusion criteria is used to carry out frequency,association rules and cluster analysis by WPS2019 and Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Supportsystem(V3.0),and the results are summarized.Results:This study included 112 cases of medical records,226 prescriptions;there were 54 males and 58 females with a male to female ratio of ≈ 0.93 : 1,of which 76.15 % were between 30 and 60 years of age;36 drugs were used more than 10.00%;the most frequently used drugs were tonifying medicinal,damp-draining diuretic,digestant medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal,hemostatic medicinal,astringent medicinal,etc.medicinal property are in sequence of cold,warm,flat,cool,hot;the medicinal tastes are in sequence of sweet,bitter,pungent,sour and salty;channel tropism in sequence of kidney,spleen,liver,lung,stomach,etc.The main combination of medicinals are Astragalus membranaceus,Ligustrum lucidum and Mohanlian,Poria cocos and Euryale ferox,Baixianpi and Difuzi,Baimaogen and Sanqi.The core prescription is:group 1:Astragalus membranaceus,Poria,Ligustrum lucidum,Mohanlian,Baixianpi,Baimaogen;group 2:Poria,Alismatis,Eucommia,Polyporus,Aconite,Paeonia;group3:Astragalus,Poria,Bupleurum,Scutellaria,Alisma,Malt;group 4:Rhubarb,Astragalus,Poria,Alismatis,Baixianpi,Chicken’s Gizzard-Skin;group 5:Astragalus,Codonopsis pilosula,Poria,Semen Euryales,Millet bud,Malt.Conclusion:1.The tutor thinks that the cause of chronic nephritis has two characteristics,one is guxie deep ambush as the premise,the other is external evil invasion is often the fuse of the disease,internal guxie and external evil together,disease involving both exterior and interior,the disease can see rapid progress.2.The tutor thinks that the mechanism of disease of chronic nephritis is deficiency of origin and excess of superficiality.The deficiency of origin is deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,which is closely related to liver.Biaoshi is the guxie deep in the body,with dampness turbidity throughout the whole course of disease and heat and blood stasis are common.3.The tutor used reinforcing healthy qi and tonifying deficiency,promoting urination and draining dampness throughout the treatment of chronic nephritis,and mainly supplemented by harmonizing stomach and promoting digestion,clearing heat and hemostasis,convergence and arresting discharge three treatment.4.In terms of medication,it is often used both cold and warm,with sweet tonic and bitter diarrhea.The commonly used drug combinations include Astragalus membranaceus,Ligustrum lucidum and Eclipta Eclipta,Poria and Oriental Waterplantain Rhizome,Densefruit pittany root-bark and Belvedere fruit,Baimaogen and Root of pseudo-ginseng.According to the different syndrome differentiation of six meridians,Huangqi Erzhi Wanl,Zhenwu Tang,Chailing Tang,rhei and aconiti praeparatae decoction and self-made Jianpi Yiqi formula are taken as the core prescriptions,which are flexibly adjusted according to the pathogenesis and pathological factors.
