Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With Phlegm And Stagnation Of Phlegm And Stasis By Adding And Subtracting Dachaihu Decoction

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Dachaihu decoction with addition and subtraction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(phlegm-stasis type),with the aim of providing new ideas for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with phlegm-stasis type from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: The 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table,36 patients in each group and 4 cases were excluded.The patients in both groups were given lifestyle interventions,and the treatment group was given 2 doses of Plus and Minus Dachaihu decoction orally daily for 4 weeks.The before and after changes in liver function,blood lipids and TCM evidence score related indexes were recorded in both groups before and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Plus and Minus Dachaihu decoction.Results: 1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores and efficacy: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores improved in both groups.In the treatment group,the TCM syndrome score was better than that of the control group in terms of the main symptoms(dullness,distension or tingling in the ribs and ribs),the secondary symptoms(stagnant stools,dullness,stuffiness in the chest and epigastrium,dullness,tiredness and weakness)and the total score,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of total effective rate,the treatment group: 85.29%,the control group: 70.58%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.Improvement of liver function indexes: Clinical observation showed that liver function improved in both groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant when comparing within groups,P<0.05,and when comparing between groups,P<0.05.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving liver function indexes.3.Improvement on blood lipids: Clinical observation showed that blood lipids were improved in both groups.Total cholesterol and triglycerides in the two groups were compared within the group at P <0.05 and between the groups at P <0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P <0.05 for intra-group comparison and P> 0.05 for inter-group comparison.4.Laboratory indexes efficacy: After analysis,the total effective rate of the treatment group: 79.41%,the control group: 61.76%,P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion: It shows that the combination of Plus-minus Dachaihu decoction and lifestyle interventions in the treatment of this disease has better efficacy in improving liver function,blood lipids and TCM evidence score,and is more safe and reliable.
