Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type Stable Angina Pectoris With Addition And Subtraction Of Huanglian Wendan Decoction

Purpose: In this research,the cure for the coronary heart of the stable disease angina pectoris of the Phlegm and blood stasis by use of the Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction.The observation of the improvement of the clinical symptoms and relevant indicators whitch is in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction,with the analysis,comes out the new treatment idea of the coronary heart.Material and method:All cases are selected from the patients who are 40-75 years old and attended to the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from to December 2015 to 2016 December.These patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western Medicine)and control group(Western Medicine).The course of treatment is 4 weeks.To compare two groups of patients in terms of the angina symptom(pain,seizure frequency,continuous time,dosage of nitroglycerin)and TCM symptom(pectoralgia,chest tightness,palpitation)and the improvement of ECG and fat,and to compare the difference betweent them.To come out the total score of symptoms in patients,and comprehensively evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.The angina symptom:the treatment group's the total effective rate was 87.50%,the control group total effective rate was 75%,and there were marked differences between the two(p<0.05).2.TCM symptom:the treatment group's the total effective rate was 87.5%,the control group total effective rate was 68.75%,and there were marked differences between the two(p<0.05).3.ECG:the treatment group's the total effective rate was 65.6%,the control group total effective rate was 40.6%,and there were marked differences between the two.4.Dosage of nitroglycerin:the treatment group's the total effective rate was 62.5%,the control group total effective rate was 40.6%,and there were marked differences between the two(p<0.05).5.Fat:there were marked no differences between the two(p>0.05)comparing TC?TG?HDL?LDL between treatment group and the control group.6.There is natural the safety index in the whole research process,which indicates the safety of the traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:1.The improvement of the treatment for the angina symptom is extremely effective by the Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction cooperated with Westen medicine.2.The improvement of the treatment for TCM symptom and the quality of life are extremely effective by the Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction cooperated with Westen medicine.3.The improvement of the treatment for the ECG by the Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction cooperated with Westen medicine.4.The improvement of the treatment for the coronary heart of the stable disease angina pectoris is extremely effective and safe by the Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction,which is worth to be popularized?...
