Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation (Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Type) With Tongluo Bushen Decoction And Fixed-Point Rotation Manipulation

Objective: Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,Comparative observation on the therapeutic effect of Tongluo Bushen Decoction combined with fixed point rotation manipulation and Jinwu Gutong Capsule combined with fixed point rotation manipulation of therapeutic effects on patients with lumbar disc herniation due to liver and kidney deficiencyMethods: this study,who met the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation(deficiency of liver and kidney type)were randomly assigned to Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to December 2022,there were 36 cases in the experimental group and 36 cases in the control group,5 cases fell off during the course of the study,67 cases were actually included,34 cases in the experimental group and 33 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with fixed-point rotation manipulation and oral Tongluo Bushen decoction,while the control group was given fixed-point rotation manipulation combined with oral administration of Jinwu Gutong capsule.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks with oral prescription 150 ml twice a day for 4 weeks,Chinese patent medicine 3 times a day,three capsules each time。The patients were treated with manipulation for 20 minutes 5 times a week,and self-function exercise was carried out during the treatment.Before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 3months after treatment,the VAS pain score,Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)score and JOA score were observed and compared between the two groups.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to process the above data,chi-square test was used to count data,and independent sample t test was used to test the measurement data which were in accordance with normal distribution,rank sum test was used to analyze the total clinical effect of the experimental group and the control group,and to judge the therapeutic effect and safety of Tongluo Bushen decoction combined with fixed-point rotation manipulation.Results: There is no statistical difference in the course of disease,gender,and age between the two groups of subjects,which is comparable.Data analysis of VAS score,JOA score,and ODI score after treatment showed that the P value was 0.000,with statistical significance(P<0.05).It indicates that both groups of trials have positive therapeutic effects on subjectsAfter 4 weeks of treatment,the pain scores of the two groups of subjects were analyzed and compared,and it was found that the score decreased compared to before treatment,Explain that both methods can alleviate low back pain.After 4 weeks,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,This indicates that the drug effect in the observation group is more ideal in pain treatment,and has statistical significance(P<0.05).By analyzing JOA scores for two groups of subjects,by analyzing JOA scores for two groups of subjects,It was found that although both groups showed an upward trend in lumbar function scores,However,from the perspective of the entire treatment cycle,the JOA score of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group,It can be seen that Tongluo Bushen Decoction combined with fixed point rotation manipulation can quickly help patients alleviate pain,improve lumbar stiffness,and restore normal work and life.Analysis and comparison of ODI index between two groups of patients after 4 weeks of treatment,Although the ODI scores in the experimental group were slightly lower than those in the control group after treatment,from the 3-month follow-up results.The experimental group consisting of Tongluo Bushen Decoction and fixed-point rotation manipulation measured the limb activity of the subjects,The quality of life and long-term efficacy of the control group were significantly better than those of the control group.After a month of diagnosis and treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,34 people in the observation group were effective,2 people were not effective;The total effective rate in the control group was 87.88%,and the total effective number in the control group was 33,with 4 ineffective.(P<0.05)Conclusion: Compared with the two treatments,both have a significant improvement effect on the symptoms of patients with liver and kidney deficiency lumbar disc herniation;The combination of tongluo tonic kidney decoction combined with fixed-point rotation is better than conventional conservative treatment for the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency lumbar disc herniation,and is more stable in the long-term efficacy.
