Clinical Efficacy Of Self-prepared Fumigation Formula In The Treatment Of Chronic Perianal Eczema Of Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness Type

Objective: This article aims to observe the efficacy and safety of the fumigating formula of sitz bath and oral Run Zao Zhi Yang Jiao Nang to relieve itching in patients with chronic perianal eczema caused by blood deficiency and wind dryness,and to provide a new treatment option for chronic perianal eczema caused by blood deficiency and wind dryness.Methods: All 72 patients clearly diagnosed with chronic perianal eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group took a sitz bath with a self-prepared fumigation formula combined with oral Run Zao Zhi Yang Jiao Nang,and the control group took a sitz bath with warm water combined with oral Run Zao Zhi Yang Jiao Nang,each group was treated for 28 days.The changes in the efficacy and safety indicators such as the degree of pruritus,lesion pattern and extent of lesions were recorded before and after the treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated using statistical software.Results: 1.No significant differences in age,gender and duration of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The degree of pruritus,lesion pattern and extent of lesions in both groups were significantly improved compared to before treatment,and quality of life scores improved compared to before,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3.Patients in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group in terms of improvement in itchiness,lesion morphology and lesion extent,with a statistically significant difference of P<0.05.In addition,the difference in quality of life scores between the treatment group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant at P<0.05,suggesting that the regimen in the treatment group was more helpful in improving the quality of life of the patients.4.The overall effective rate of the treatment group was91.18% and that of the control group was 70.59%.P<0.05 for the comparison of the overall effective rates of the two groups indicated that the treatment group was superior to the two groups on the basis that both methods were able to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic perianal eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness.No adverse reactions occurred in both groups,and the recurrence rate of cases in both groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Clinical observations show that the therapeutic effect of the self-prepared fumigating bath combined with oral Runzao Zhiyang Jiao Nang is better than that of the warm water bath combined with oral Runzao Zhiyang Jiao Nang.The therapeutic effect of the self-prepared fumigating bath combined with oral Runzao Zhiyang Jiao Nang is definite and can improve the quality of life of patients,and has a high safety of medication,which is worth further promotion.
