Experimental Study On The Treatment Of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With "Shugan Jiangzhi" Acupuncture

Objective: ared with the model group,the expression of lipid-related metabolic gene UCP2 in the liver tissue of the "Shu Gan Jiang Zhi " acupuncture group decreased(P<0.01),while the expression of PPARα and AMPKα increased(P<0.01),which was benefic Through experimental research and comparative observation of the effects of "ShuαGan Jiang Zhi " acupuncture method and simple western medicine treatment on the serology and liver morphology of SD rat model of non-alcoholic fatty liver,to explore the improvement of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by acupuncture The mechanism of action of the liver provides an experimental basis for further research on this disease and a theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods: Rat models of non-alcoholic fatty liver were prepared by feeding with high-fat diet.After successful modeling,the model rats were randomly divided into: a model group,b,western medicine treatment group,c "soothing liver and reducing fat" acupuncture treatment group.The three groups were fed with high-fat feed at the same time of gavage every day,group b was given simvastatin capsules,2 mg/kg/d,and group c was given acupuncture treatment of "soothing the liver and reducing fat" once a day,each time 20 min.After 28 days of observation,blood was collected from the abdominal aorta and sacrificed.Observe the morphological changes of rat liver and the degree of hepatic fatty change after HE staining;detect the content of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in serum;detect the protein expression and m RNA content of PPARα,UCP2,AMPKα.Results: The experimental results showed: 1.HE staining results: the degree of hepatic steatosis in the "Shu Gan Jiang Zhi " acupuncture group was lower than that in the western medicine treatment group and the model group(P<0.05).2.Serological results: the serum TG,TC,and LDL-C levels of rats in the "Shu Gan Jiang Zhi " acupuncture group were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05),and the HDL-C level was higher in the model group(P<0.05);The blood lipids of the "Shu Gan Jiang Zhi " acupuncture group tended towards the normal group.3.Compial to the injury Acute liver cell apoptosis can be promoted.Conclusion: "Shu Gan Jiang Zhi " acupuncture can significantly improve the morphological characteristics of non-alcoholic fatty liver and serum lipid levels,which may play a therapeutic role in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver by regulating the PPARα,UCP2,and AMPKα pathways.In the experimental model Significant effect.
