Objective: On the basis of routine nursing, nursing measures guided by rehabilitation forward were intervened to explore the improvement of postoperative comfort and clinical complications of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.to provide theoretical basis for postoperative rehabilitation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids in the future. Methods: From December 2021 to December 2022,78 cases who were hospitalized in the anorectal department of a third Grade A hospital in Changchun were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measures during perioperative period, while the observation group was given rehabilitation forward nursing intervention measures for 7 days. The scores of comfort scale, first urination time, urine flow status, first defecation time, wound edema and wound bleeding on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th day after operation, wound healing time, nursing service satisfaction scale and overall curative effect were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:1.There were no significant differences in age, sex, nationality, marital status, occupation, education level and hospitalization payment method between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the total score of GCQ and the scores of physical and psychological dimensions between the two groups(P>0.05).3.After intervention, the total score of GCQ,physiological dimension, psychological dimension, social dimension and environmental dimension in the control group were higher than those before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After intervention, the total score of GCQ,physiological dimension, psychological dimension, social dimension and environmental dimension in the observation group were higher than those before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After intervention, there were significant differences in GCQ total score, physiological dimension, psychological dimension, environmental dimension and social dimension between the two groups(P<0.05).6.There were significant differences in the time of first urination, urination and defecation between the two groups(P<0.05).7.There was no significant difference in the score of wound edge edema between the two groups on the first day after operation(P>0.05),but there was significant difference on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after operation(P<0.05).8.There was no significant difference in the score of wound bleeding between the two groups on the 1st and 3rd day after operation(P>0.05),but there was significant difference on the 5th and 7th day after operation(P<0.05).9.There were significant differences in average wound healing time, overall effect evaluation and nursing service satisfaction score between the two groups on the 7th day after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion: Through this study,it is found that the nursing intervention under the guidance of rehabilitation forward has a significant effect on the rehabilitation of postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids, which can improve the comfort of patients and reduce the discomfort of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
