Research On Occupational Health Supervision And Law Enforcement In Xinbei District Of Changzhou City

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China called for promoting the building of a healthy China and prioritizing the health of the people.Occupational health is an important part of people’s health.It is not only directly related to the life and health rights and interests of workers,but also closely related to social stability and sustainable economic development.In recent years,the transfer of occupational health supervision responsibilities and the development and change of social and economic situation have put forward higher requirements for occupational health work.As a major part of the occupational health supervision system,occupational health supervision and law enforcement shoulder the important mission of urging the employer to fulfill the main responsibility of occupational disease prevention and control and ensuring the occupational health of workers.Under the background of deepening the reform of regulation and service and promoting the construction of a service-oriented government,how to change the ideas of occupational health regulation,optimize the supervision and law enforcement system and mechanism,and better provide all-round and full-cycle health services for workers by means of information technology has become an important topic to be studied urgently.This study mainly explores the occupational health supervision and law enforcement work in Xinbei District of Changzhou City.The purpose is to grasp the current situation of occupational health supervision and law enforcement in Xinbei District,and through research and analysis,identify the problems and causes that constrain the effectiveness of occupational health supervision and law enforcement in Xinbei District,and propose corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality and efficiency of occupational health supervision and law enforcement work in Xinbei District of Changzhou City.Through the methods of literature research,investigation and comparative analysis,this thesis summarizes the existing research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the field of occupational health supervision and law enforcement,and finds that the current work of occupational health supervision and law enforcement in Xinbei District of Changzhou City has made many achievements,mainly including the steady construction of the occupational health supervision and law enforcement system;Fully implement the objectives and tasks of occupational health supervision and law enforcement;Continuously improve the technical support for occupational health supervision and law enforcement.However,there are still some outstanding problems: the relationship between occupational health law enforcement and service has not been straightened out,the operation of occupational health supervision and law enforcement system is not smooth,the ability of occupational health supervision and law enforcement is weak,the technical support role of service agencies has not been played and the level of information technology construction is not high.The main reasons for these problems are as follows: first,there is a deviation in the service consciousness of the supervision and law enforcement personnel;second,the rights and responsibilities of the occupational health supervision and law enforcement are not clearly defined;third,the professionalism of the law enforcement team is not strong and the law enforcement mode is lack of innovation;fourth,the supervision of the occupational health service institutions is weakened;fifth,the level of information construction does not match the regulatory needs.In view of these problems and causes,and drawing on the practical experience of occupational health supervision and law enforcement at home and abroad,the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the work of occupational health supervision and law enforcement in Xinbei District of Changzhou City are as follows: to build a scientific and efficient occupational health supervision and law enforcement system,comprehensively strengthen the construction of occupational health supervision and law enforcement capacity,broaden the realization path of occupational health supervision and law enforcement function,and use information to help the intelligent implementation of occupational health supervision and law enforcement.
