Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Health Administrative Law Enforcement In W City

Health administrative law enforcement is an important part of the public health system,an important legal guarantee for promoting the implementation of all work in healthy China,and plays an irreplaceable role in handling major public health events and preventing and controlling the spread of infectious diseases.With the rapid development of the economy and the deepening of the rule of law and administration according to law,the coverage of health administrative law enforcement is gradually expanding,the base is increasing,and the imbalance between the health administrative law enforcement ability and the actual work demand is also gradually expanding.How to improve the efficiency of administrative law enforcement and improve the existing health administrative law enforcement dilemma has become an urgent matter.Through the National health information Platform and field investigation,this study studied the status quo of health administrative law enforcement in W City from 2020 to2022,and found that the current overall characteristics of health administrative law enforcement in W City were insufficient law enforcement personnel,low professional quality,unreasonable team structure,and institutional infrastructure could not meet the current work needs.Through statistical analysis of the obtained data,it is found that the main problems existing in the law enforcement of health administration in W City are as follows: the embarrassing status of law enforcement affects the authority of law enforcement;The number of law enforcement personnel is insufficient and the structure is unreasonable;Inadequate infrastructure of law enforcement agencies;The amount of law enforcement tasks does not match with the professional quality of law enforcement personnel.The working mechanism of law enforcement supervision is not perfect.To analyze the possible causes of the problem,and through the use of power restriction and supervision and other related theories,combined with the experience and understanding of the number of people engaged in health administrative law enforcement work,to improve the law enforcement work;Do a good job of law enforcement personnel "entry" and "stay" work;Increase investment in equipment and funds;The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in five aspects,including strengthening the capacity building of health law enforcement and improving the mechanism of power restriction and supervision.
