| The improvement of primary medical service is the priority of the construction of a healthy China.The introduction of the medical community policy is an important measure to improve the county-level medical service.It reflects the concept of joint construction and sharing advocated by General Secretary Xi Jinping since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The construction of medical community is an important measure to deepen the reform and development of county-level grass-roots health care and improve county-level service.With the implementation of the medical community policy,China’s county-level medical care has made proud achievements.The construction of talent teams has been continuously strengthened,standardized services have been further improved,diagnosis and treatment services have reached new heights,and resource sharing has been optimized and rationalized.It can be seen that the medical community policy can effectively improve the county’s medical service.However,with the in-depth implementation of the policy,some problems have also emerged.For example,the internal system of the medical community is not perfect,and the leadership of some county-level hospitals is not strong.At present,relevant departments already began to build a close medical community,and it is believed that these problems can be alleviated in the future.This paper,assisted by visual methods,firstly analyzes the similarities and differences of policies related to medical community among governments at all levels in China,and also analyzes the achievements and existing problems of China’s medical community policies.Then use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the implementation and existing problems of the medical community policy in Xuyi County.Finally,by looking at the changes in the medical service of Xuyi County after the implementation of the medical community policy,it points out the current situation of the medical service in Xuyi,the problems that still exist and the final solutions.Through continuous research,we understand: the implementation of the medical community policy in Xuyi County has achieved many results,and the medical infrastructure,health technical personnel team building,medical service capacity,and medical service efficiency are constantly improving.These factors have fundamentally improved the medical service capacity of Xuyi County.However,there are also some problems in the construction of the medical community,such as the "siphon phenomenon" of large hospitals,inadequate policy publicity and implementation,and insufficient understanding.There are also some problems in the improvement of county-level medical service.For example,the lack of talents has been improved,but there are still many demands that can’t be met,the medical informatization is insufficient,and the development of various hospitals is uneven.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively judge and improve the medical service capacity of Xuyi County: 1.Speed up the construction of the internal system of the medical community and improve the medical and health system.2.Strengthen the influence of tertiary hospitals in Xuyi County and lead the development of primary hospitals.3.Strengthen talent construction and improve the talent introduction system.4.Improve the level of medical and health informatization,and take advantage of information technology to improve the medical and health industry.5.Implement hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and promote the vertical integration of medical resources as soon as possible.The medical community policy is one of the most suitable policies for China.With the implementation of the medical community policy,many regions have joined the medical community team,and more and more grass-roots hospitals have obtained more equipment and talents,thus improving their medical services.At the same time,patients can enjoy the best medical resources and have the best medical services at their doorstep. |
