Based on general medical care and preventive medicine development , community medical care service mode can effectively optimize medical resource and harmonize the increasing medical care demand. Although community medical care as a new medical care mode has the advantage towards traditional mode, it fall into difficulty because of the influence of traditional medical care notion. So it is meaningful to research on the developing stratagem and management method.This dissertation concentrate on the analysis of developing strategy of LH community medical care centre in shanghai, which is based on the investigation towards citizens and public health workers.The innovation points in this dissertation can be concluded as follows:1 The comparative analysis toward the community medical service in developed country is proposed.Based on our country's environment, the the referential meaning of such valuable experience is summarized.2 The modern developing strategy method theory is used to analyze the outside economic environment of LH community medical service centre.The tool include Baud model,and Value Chain theory.The recommendation is given about the development of LH medical service centre.3 Based on the questionnaire investigation and communication of the inside developing environment of LH community in shanghai,the true need of normal citizen towards community medical service and the state of medical resource employment are researched. The advice and expectation towards new developing mode as three developing stage scheme. 4 The SWOT method is used to anaylyze the developing stratagem. The advice is giventoward the detailed scheme to realize the developing strategy.The modern quality management method is used to analyze every important value chain.The main analysis involve organizational structure and operation scheme , important business management , human resource management , citizen and community archives management,propaganda management.The result of this dissertation is based on the investigation data , the modern developing stategy analysis theory.The detailed scheme about the development of LH community service centre is proposed. These research results are meaningful toward the new community medical service mode.
