Objective:To explore the effect of synchronous continuous nursing intervention on the quality of life of postoperative patients with cervical cancer in young and middle-aged patients.Methods:According to the content of this research and combined with the inclusion criteria,114 young and middle-aged patients who successfully performed cervical cancer surgery in the gynecological first ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from April 2018 to October 2018 were randomly selected.The 114 patients in the experiment were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each with 57 patients.The control group used routine nursing methods to observe changes in the condition,diet management,daily living management and psychological care.The experimental group used routine care.On the basis of the establishment of a continuous care team,the couple’s synchronous continuous care model is adopted.At the same time record or investigate the patient’s related behavior,mentality,recovery,living conditions and other information corresponding to the patient’s psychological status,through the Quality of Life Scale(QOL),SAS anxiety self-measurement,self-management ability score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)Compare,analyze,draw conclusions and evaluate.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in age,ethnicity and education level between the control group and the intervention group(p>0.05).During the follow-up period,5 patients were lost to follow-up in the intervention group,and the rate of loss of follow-up was 8.8%.52 subjects were included in the intervention group;4 patients were lost to follow-up in the control group,and 53 subjects were included in the intervention group,and the rate of loss of follow-up was 7.0%;(2)Data records before and after the intervention of continuous nursing intervention: Intervention Afterwards,the quality of life score of the intervention group was(105±9.78),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.21±9.57)and the quality of life score of the intervention group(85.36±9.54)(P<0.05).(3)There was no statistically significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups before intervention.After intervention,the positive coping attitude and sleep quality scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the pre-intervention and control groups(P<0.05),while the negative mentality and postoperative adverse symptoms were lower than those before and after the intervention(P<0.05).(4)There was no statistically significant difference in self-administration behavior scores between the two groups before intervention.After intervention,the drug management,diet management,psychological and social adjustment,and symptom management scores of the intervention group were higher than those before and after the intervention(P<0.05).(5)Sleeping time,sleep time,and sleep efficiency of the two groups before intervention.There was no statistically significant difference in scores(P>0.05).The time of sleep,sleep time and sleep efficiency of the intervention group were higher than those of the pre-intervention and control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Synchronized continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life,self-management ability,improve sleep quality and reduce anxiety level of postoperative patients with cervical cancer in young and middle-aged patients;improve overall health level,patient satisfaction is good,and it is worthy of clinical promotion..
