Study On Procurement Strategy Of Large Medical Equipment In H Hospital

With the long-term sustained and rapid growth of China’s economy,the level of economic development has significantly improved,and people’s material consumption level has also increased rapidly.The improvement of material life makes people pay more attention to physical health,so people’s demand for medical care is also increasing.Hospital is the main place to provide medical needs,and large-scale medical equipment is the basis of advanced medical level in a hospital.The degree and scale of modernization of a hospital are reflected in the quantity and quality of large-scale medical equipment owned by the hospital to a large extent.Therefore,the procurement of large medical equipment is a very important work in hospital management,which plays a decisive role in the current medical business and the future development of the hospital.In this context,this paper uses modern procurement theory,hospital management and related theories of large medical equipment,and combines the actual situation of H Hospital to formulate a set of feasible procurement strategy for the hospital,and tries to solve the current problems of H hospital in the procurement of large medical equipment through this strategy.This paper examines the problem according to the scientific research steps of finding,analyzing and solving the problem,and makes comprehensive use of procurement theory,hospital management theory and large medical equipment management theory.First of all,from the problems encountered in the procurement of large medical equipment in H Hospital,a detailed understanding of the current procurement process of large medical equipment.Secondly,questionnaires were designed and distributed,and the effectiveness of large-scale medical equipment procurement of H Hospital was quantitatively analyzed by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and problems were found by data analysis.Then,the relevant personnel were interviewed face to face,and the relevant experts in the field were consulted to analyze the cause of the problem.Finally,according to the modern procurement concept,combined with the advanced research results at home and abroad,laws and regulations and the development needs of H Hospital,a set of feasible procurement strategy for the hospital procurement of large medical equipment.On the one hand,this study enriches and supplements the theoretical system of large-scale medical equipment procurement strategy and broadens the research thinking.On the other hand,the research results of this paper provide useful guidance for H Hospital’s large-scale medical equipment procurement,and can also be used for reference by other hospitals.Finally,this study can also provide support for the construction of regional or even national large-scale medical equipment procurement platform in the future.
