Objective:The use of Bushen Huoxue Tang combined with calcium carbonate D3tablets in the treatment of primary osteoporosis(POP)belongs to patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.To explore its clinical efficacy,and its impact on bone metabolism indicators and serum inflammatory factor levels in patients,provide new ideas and clinical basis for the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type POP patients.Methods:A total of 120 patients with POP admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital from December 2021 to August 2022 were selected.The TCM syndromes were consistent with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with simple western medicine,that is,oral calcium carbonate D3tablets,600 mg/time,1 time/d,30 d as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 3 courses.On the basis of the control group,the study group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction,1 dose per day,decoct twice,each time boiling in water for 150-200ml,and take warm clothes after breakfast and dinner,30 days as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 3 courses.After the treatment,the changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the therapeutic effect and TCM symptom scores were analyzed.The bone metabolism indexes and serum inflammatory factors were detected,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results:1.The clinical efficacy and TCM symptom efficacy of the study group were 96.67%and 95.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 81.67%and 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.988/6.171,P=0.008/0.013<0.05).2.After treatment,the levels of type I procollagen N-terminal proeptide(PINP),β-caroxyl terminal peptide(β-CTX)and bone gla protein(BGP)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the study group was significantly greater than that in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of n-mid osteocalcin(N-MID)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the increase in the study group was significantly greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-18(IL-18),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),neutrophil lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet lymphocyte ratio(PLR),serum growth differentiation factor-15(GDF15),systemic immune inflammation index(SII)and monocyte lymphocyte ratio(MLR)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,except for GDF15.The levels of IL-6,IL-18,CRP,TNF-α,NLR,PLR,SII and MLR in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the increase in the study group was significantly greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Pearson correlation analysis showed that TCM syndrome score was positively correlated with PINP,β-CTX and BGP,and negatively correlated with N-MID.Among them,TCM syndrome score was highly correlated withβ-CTX level,and moderately correlated with PINP,N-MID and BGP.The TCM symptom score was positively correlated with IL-6,IL-18,CRP,TNF-α,NLR,PLR,GDF15,SII and MLR,and negatively correlated with IL-10.Among them,the TCM symptom score was highly correlated with SII and GDF15 levels,and moderately correlated with IL-6,IL-18,CRP,TNF-α,NLR,PLR and MLR.Conclusion:1.The combination of Bushen Huoxue Tang and calcium carbonate D3tablets has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type POP,which is superior to simple Western medicine treatment.2.Bushen Huoxue Tang combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets can reduce PINPβ-The levels of bone metabolism indicators such as CTX and BGP,as well as IL-6,IL-18,CRP,and TNF-α、The levels of serum inflammatory factors such as NLR,PLR,GDF15,SII,and MLR increase the levels of N-MID and IL-10,thereby achieving therapeutic effects.3.There is a significant correlation between bone metabolism indicators,serum inflammatory factors,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms in POP patients.TCM syndrome scores are correlated with PINPβ-CTX、BGP、IL-6、IL-18、CRP、TNF-α、NLR,PLR,GDF15,SII,and MLR are positively correlated,but negatively correlated with N-MID and IL-10. |
