Research On Medication Knowledge Discovery And Database Establishment Based On TCM Texts

As one of the problems that are easy to be ignored in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,the attention of traditional Chinese medicine should be improved.The administration of traditional Chinese medicine is changeable,and the correct administration method is an effective way to improve the efficacy.Therefore,it is very important to mine and summarize the information of the administration method of traditional Chinese medicine.This study inherits the traditional Chinese medicine medicine thought in ancient books such as "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" and "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",combines the practical experience of Chinese medicine masters and clinical medication,and relies on the in-depth learning neural network model and graphic database technology to build a knowledge base platform for the use of traditional Chinese medicine,innovatively applies the intelligent medication cupmat of auxiliary medication equipment,and promotes patients to take traditional Chinese medicine in a standardized and reasonable manner.The main work of this paper is as follows.Knowledge discovery of traditional Chinese medicine: focus on the existing database of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,the collection of traditional Chinese medicine masters,How Net and Wanfang clinical literature for oral traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions with clear medication methods.Because the information is scattered and complex,and the direct use rate is low,the text classification method based on Bi-LSTM-Attention is used to classify and summarize the manually arranged prescription information.This method constructs a keyword library,trains the classifier several times with the help of Bi-LSTM-Attention model,and adjusts the model parameters to make the classification result optimal,and the model classification accuracy rate reaches 94%,which better realizes the task of knowledge discovery for complex drug texts.Construction of a Chinese Medicine Knowledge Base: Utilizing web crawling technology to obtain usable Traditional Chinese medical texts and conduct sequence labeling,forming a database of TCM ancient literature.As the sentences in ancient medical texts are concise and entities exist between heterogeneous bodies,an attention network model is used for the relationship extraction task.The words and relationships in the corpus are encoded into input node vectors,fused through the heterogeneous graph neural network feature extraction layer which integrates word nodes and relationship nodes,and the corresponding medicinal herb formulae application properties of medicinal substances are determined by the relationship extraction layer.The resulting medicinal formulas and usage methods form triplets.Finally,knowledge fusion is achieved and redundant information is removed through cosine similarity.Utilizing Neo4 j tools,a total of 21,609 relationship pairs were constructed in a knowledge map that included over 2,000 medicinal prescriptions and 9 types of medication entities.Multiple comparison experiments were conducted on the relationship extraction model,with the F1 value reaching 87.40%,indicating that the proposed relationship extraction model is more suited to ancient medical texts.Traditional Chinese medicine medication service system: Due to the lack of devices to guide patients to take traditional Chinese medicine,a traditional Chinese medicine medication service system was built with the help of medication knowledge base and intelligent medication coasters.The medication coasters use RFID system and Internet of Things technology to dynamically obtain the medication information corresponding to prescriptions in the medication knowledge base.At the same time,the main control chip is connected to the MCU module and the multi-directional sensor,and the obtained information will be used to process the medicine and guide patients to take medicine reasonably.The standardized development of clinical medication knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine should be based on the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,assisted by the master of traditional Chinese medicine and the experience of modern clinical medication.It inherits the experience of the ancients and also promotes the modernization of the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.By building a TCM medication service system with TCM medication knowledge base as the core,it will not only improve patients’ understanding and understanding of TCM medication mode,but also promote medical institutions’ medication guidance for patients.
