Crisis Management Of Major Public Health Emergencies

It has been three years since the outbreak of COVID-19,and its scope and influence are unprecedented.Due to the long duration,high infectivity and wide spread of the COVID-19 epidemic,we realize the urgency of crisis management of public health events.How to deal with sudden public health events has become a topic of great importance to all countries in the world.The sudden occurrence of epidemic brought more serious impact and damage to our country than "SARS" period.Therefore,it is urgent to construct a set of emergency management system facing major public health emergencies.As a big country with a population of 1.4 billion,the present situation of the objective there is uneven distribution of resources,eastern and western economic development level is different,make different places on the crisis management level also present a huge difference,from the top to the bottom of this needs us to establish a set of complete response to the crisis,especially in dealing with sudden public health crisis management system,and reduce the impact of disasters,Ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.This paper firstly reviewed the literature on crisis management of major public health emergencies at home and abroad,and on this basis determined the research theme and direction of this paper.Secondly,this paper clarify the related concepts,and in the collaborative governance theory,crisis management theory,the early warning management theory and the theory of social governance in response to new outbreaks are analyzed on the basis of the aspects of the problems in our country,mainly includes information transmission mechanism is not perfect,the early warning mechanism is imperfect,imperfect management system and to improve public management personnel quality,And the reasons for these problems.Finally,on the basis of these problems,this paper tries to put forward some feasible suggestions,one is to establish and improve the early warning mechanism,two is to improve the information transmission mechanism of public health emergencies,three is to establish and improve the crisis management system,four is to optimize the construction of public health emergencies management personnel.
