Objective:Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors according to the mode of“weather—climate—phenology—medicine”to study the law of climate change in natural weather and its influence on human physiology and pathology,which is studied to predict the epidemic trend of disease,guide clinical syndrome differentiation and health preservation and disease prevention.The incidence data and contemporaneous meteorological data of psoriasis vulgaris patients in Xianyang area were collected,to analyze the correlation between the incidence of psoriasis vulgaris and the five evolutive phases as well as some meteorological factors.Based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,to summarize the five evolutive phases characteristics and risk meteorological factors which affect the occurrence of psoriasis vulgaris,thus to provide a new idea for clinical prevention and treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Method:A retrospective study was conducted to classify the incidence data and meteorological data of all patients according to their five evolutive and six climatic factors time period,establish a database of the number of cases of psoriasis vulgaris and various meteorological elements from 2015 to 2023.Then the logistic regression method was used to analyze and observe the factors affecting the occurrence of psoriasis vulgaris.The scatterplot analysis,least square fitting,single factor correlation analysis,multi—factor correlation analysis,correlation degree analysis and characterization of important meteorological elements in Matlab statistical software were used to investigate the relationship between the incidence of psoriasis vulgaris and meteorological elementsResult:1.Binary logistic regression analysis found that,when host evolutive phase is Tai Mu,Shao Mu,Tai Huo,Tai Shui or Shao Huo,guest evolutive phase is Shao Mu,Shao Huo,Tai Jin,Tai Huo,it has the greatest influence on morbidity.And the host evolutive phase is Tai Mu,guest evolutive phase is Tai Huo when the most prone to disease;host climatic qi is Shao Yin Jun Huo,Taiyang Han Shui or Jue Yin Feng Mu,celestial manager qi is Shao Yin Jun Huo,and qi in the earth is Yang Ming Zaojin(celestial manager qi)—Shao Yin Junhuo(qi in the earth)is a risk factor for psoriasis vulgaris.2.Single factor analysis:Spearman correlation analysis and Pearson linear analysis showed that,the proportion of the number of patients in the Five periods,six periods and the six periods of the Five periods had a positive correlation with atmospheric pressure,and a negative correlation with temperature,precipitation and relative humidity;Two—factor analysis:Based on multiple linear regression analysis,The proportion of the number of cases in the Five periods,six periods was related to temperature—atmosphere pressure,temperature—relative humidity,air pressure—wind speed and atmospheric pressure—relative humidity.In the Six Climatic Factors periods of the Five periods,the proportion of cases was related to temperature—atmospheric pressure,temperature—relative humidity,atmospheric pressure—wind speed,atmospheric pressure—precipitation,atmospheric pressure—relative humidity and precipitation relative humidity;Three—factor analysis:The proportion of the number of cases in the Five Evolutive Phases periods,six periods was related to temperature—wind speed—relative humidity,atmospheric pressure—wind speed relative humidity,in the six periods of the Five periods,the proportion of cases was related to temperature—atmospheric pressure—wind speed,temperature—wind speed—relative humidity,atmospheric pressure—wind speed—relative humidity.3.The stepwise linear regression method was used to analyze the relationship between the proportion of the number of cases and all meteorological factors,and the meteorological factors with the least influencing factors were gradually excluded.Finally,the stepwise linear regression equation includes temperature,wind speed and relative humidity,and the coefficient of wind speed is positive,while the coefficient of temperature and relative humidity is negative.The gray correlation method was used to quantitatively compare the influence of meteorological elements with significant linear correlation on the proportion of the number of cases,and it was found that the degree of influence from high to low was wind speed,temperature and relative humidity.Conclusion:Here was a certain correlation between the incidence of psoriasis vulgaris and Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors of the disease time as well as meteorological characteristics.When host evolutive phase is Tai Mu,guest evolutive phase is Tai Huo,host climatic qi is Jue Yin Feng Mu,celestial manager qi is Shao Yin Jun Huo,and qi in the earth is Yang Ming Zaojin(celestial manager qi)—Shao Yin Junhuo(qi in the earth)is a risk factor for psoriasis vulgaris.The meteorological factor that has the greatest influence on the onset of psoriasis vulgaris is wind speed,the higher the wind speed,the higher the risk of psoriasis.Followed by temperature and relative humidity;The relatively weak correlation is between mean barometric pressure and mean precipitation,the higher the mean air pressure and the lower the mean precipitation,the higher the risk of psoriasis vulgaris.
