ObjectiveBased on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, the correlation between the incidence of breast cancer and the changes of temperature, air pressure, wind speed, precipitation and humidity in this period was studied in different periods, and the factors of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and meteorological factors affecting the incidence of breast cancer were discussed,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.MethodEstablish a database of the number of breast cancer cases and the corresponding meteorological variables during the suiyun period, zhuyun period, zhuqi period, sitian period, and zaiquan period, spanning from 2010 to 2021.Statistical analysis was performed using chi square test of univariate frequency distribution,Spearman rank correlation analysis, linear correlation analysis, and gray matter correlation in spss24.0 and matlab7.0statistical software to analyze the distribution of breast cancer incidence in the spatiotemporal context of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors theoretical classification and the correlation with each meteorological element.Result1.Using univariate frequency distribution chi square test analysis, there was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of the number of breast cancer cases in the suiyun period from 2010 to 2021,with the taiguo year having the relatively larger number of cases and the largest number of breast cancer cases in 2018(suiyun is less fire element). There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of breast cancer incidence numbers between the second yun period,in which the second yun period in 2010(zhuyun is taizhi, keyun is shaoyu),the final yun period in 2011(zhuyun is shaoyu, keyun is shaozhi),the final yun period in 2013(zhuyun is taiyu, keyun is shaogong),the forth yun period in 2014(zhuyun is shaozhi, keyun is shaogong),the forth yun period in 2020(zhuyun is taizhi, keyun is taishang)The 2021 third yun(zhuyun is shaojiao, keyun is shaoshang)had a relatively larger number of incident cases. There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of the number of breast cancer patients during the zhuqi, and relatively more between the fifth qi and final qi,in which the second qi(zhuqi is shaoyin junhuo, keqi is taiyin shitu)in 2010,the final qi(zhuqi is taiyang hanshui, keqi is shaoyin junhuo)in 2011,the final qi(zhuqi is taiyang hanshui, keqi is shaoyin junhuo)in2013,the final qi(zhuqi is tangyang hanshui, keqi is taiyin shitu)fifth qi in 2014(zhuqi is yangming zaojin, keqi is shaoyang xianghuo),fifth qi in 2019(zhuqi is yangming zaojin, keqi is taiyin shitu),fifth qi in 2020(zhuqi is yangming zaojin, keqi is shaoyang xianghuo),and forth qi(zhuqi is taiyin shitu, keqi is shaoyang xianghuo),with a relatively large number of patients experiencing illness in 2021.There was a statistical difference in the distribution of the number of breast cancer incidence between sitian and zaiquan periods, and the number of incidence during zaiquan was relatively large,in which sitian(sitian is shaoyang xianghuo)in 2010 and sitian(sitian is taiyin shitu)in 2021 had a larger number of incidence.2.Spearman rank correlation was used to identify statistically significant associations of meteorological changes with breast cancer incidence during the 2010-2021 period for suiyun, first yun, third yun, forth yun, first qi,second qi,third qi,fifth qi,sitian, and zaiquan. The change in barometric pressure in suiyun was positively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, the change in air temperature in first yun was positively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, the change in barometric pressure in third yun was negatively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, the change in humidity in forth yun was negatively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, the change in precipitation in first qi was positively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, second qi changes in humidity were positively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, third qi changes in wind speed were negatively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, fifth qi changes in humidity were negatively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, sitian changes in precipitation were positively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, zaiquan changes in precipitation Changes in humidity were negatively associated with the number of incident cases of breast cancer.3.Meteorological changes in first yun, second qi,sitian, and zaiquan from 2010 to2021 were found to be linearly related to breast cancer onset using linear correlation analysis and by observation of scatter plots. The change in temperature at first yun was linearly positively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, the change in barometric pressure and the change in wind speed were linearly negatively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, the change in humidity at second qi was linearly positively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, the change in wind speed at sitian was linearly negatively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer, and the change in humidity at zaiquan was linearly negatively correlated with the number of individuals with breast cancer. It was found by observation of scatter plots,The air pressure of first yun in 2010 with the humidity of second qi and the wind speed of third qi in 2011 and the humidity of second qi in 2012 and the wind speed of third qi in 2013 and the air pressure of suiyun in 2014 and the air temperature of first yun in 2016 with the humidity of forth yun and the wind speed of first yun in 2017 ~ 2019 and the humidity of forth yun in 2019 with the humidity of fifth qi and the air pressure of forth yun in 2021 with the precipitation of third qi with the humidity of fifth qi Of changes in humidity had a strong linear association with breast cancer incidence.4.Through Gray degrees of relatedness analysis,it is known that meteorological variations were associated with breast cancer incidence between 2010 and 2021 as follows:first yun had air temperature > barometric pressure > wind speed, third qi had wind speed > precipitation, zaiquan had humidity > precipitation.ConclusionThe incidence of breast cancer has a certain correlation with five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and meteorological factors, the specific situation is different in different periods, among which meteorological factors that have the greatest impact on breast cancer incidence are gas pressure.
