Research On Strengthening The Principles Of Party Spirit In "Jiefang Daily" In Yan’an

As the organ newspaper of the CPC Central Committee and concurrently the organ newspaper of the Northwest Bureau,the Jiefang Daily in Yan’an was revised in 1942 under the personal leadership of the CPC Central Committee and Mao Zedong,which strengthened the principle of party spirit and changed it from "an incomplete party newspaper" to "a real fighting party organ newspaper".In the process of the party and the country striving for national independence and people’s liberation,the Jiefang Daily in Yan’an has successfully completed the major mission and task as a party newspaper,and also provided valuable experience and enlightenment for the current party newspaper to strengthen the principle of party spirit.This paper analyzes and combs the relevant historical materials,and tries to restore the history as much as possible.It studies the principle of strengthening the Party spirit in Yan’an Jiefang Daily from five parts.The first part is the theoretical basis for Yan’an Jiefang Daily to strengthen the Party spirit principle.It is pointed out that newspapers and periodicals essentially belong to the category of social ideology,and the Party’s newspapers and periodicals should represent the Party’s will and have strong party spirit principles.This part examines Marx and Engels’ exposition of the relevant theories of the party newspaper’s party spirit principle,and the victory of the War of Resistance;To strengthen and consolidate a series of principles and policies of the Border Region Government,the Party also needs the cooperation and publicity of Jiefang Daily to expand the political influence of the Party;At the same time,the slander of the Kuomintang against the CPC has greatly affected the image of the party,so the Jiefang Daily is required to fight back in propaganda and shoulder the heavy task of propaganda and public opinion debate,a war without gunpowder smoke.But at that time,the Jiefang Daily in Yan’an was not strong in its party spirit,"it was not a complete party newspaper",and it did not publicize the party’s policies and central tasks in terms of content proportion.In terms of layout,international news even occupied the main headlines and a large number of pages,which could not meet the needs of the party in terms of publicity.The third part is the measures taken by Yan’an Jiefang Daily to strengthen the Party spirit
