In recent years,more and more scholars have begun to pay attention to teachers’ psychological state.Teachers’ teaching efficacy is an important psychological factor of teachers,which has a significant impact on teachers’ teaching methods,teaching effects,students’ learning attitudes and learning effects.In addition,with the rapid development of online Chinese teaching,in order to better carry out online Chinese teaching and improve the effect of online Chinese teaching,it is necessary to study the online teaching efficacy of Chinese teachers.This paper takes Chinese teachers in institution W as the research object,investigates the online teaching efficacy of teachers in institution W and its influencing factors through questionnaires and interviews,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.First of all,a questionnaire was distributed to 213 teachers in institution W,and it was concluded that the online teaching efficacy of teachers in institution W was in the upper-middle level,and the general teaching efficacy of teachers was lower than that of teachers’ personal teaching efficacy.Secondly,through SPSS analysis of the questionnaire data,the questionnaire results show that teachers’ gender,identity,education background,major,teaching experience and online teaching duration have a significant impact on online teaching efficacy.Among them,the teacher’s educational background,major and teaching age have the greatest influence.Thirdly,based on the results of the questionnaire,eight teachers in W organization were interviewed semi-structured around the internal and external factors that affect teachers’ online teaching efficacy.The interview results show that the more teachers are inclined to online teaching,the stronger the sense of control over teaching,the more they identify with their own ability and style,and the better the teaching experience,the higher the sense of efficacy of online teaching.In addition,non-predetermined events,students’ performance,parents’ cooperation,and institutional system will also affect teachers’ online teaching efficacy to some extent.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the online teaching efficacy of teachers in W institutions from both institutions and teachers.Institutions should optimize classroom inspection,increase incentives and pay attention to teachers’ psychology.Teachers should establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship with students,maintain good communication with parents,improve their ability to deal with unexpected events and reduce anxiety.
