Since the research focus in the field of second language acquisition has shifted from teacher-centered "teaching" to student-centered "learning",the individual factors of learners have attracted the attention of researchers in the field of second language acquisition.Since the "affective filtering hypothesis" was proposed,affective factors have become the focus of researchers’ research.After Perkun(2002)put forward the theory of academic emotion,academic emotion has attracted more attention.However,in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,emotion studies mainly focus on anxiety and pay less attention to other kinds of emotion.At present,Chinese learning in Cambodia is in an emerging stage,and the overall development trend is good,but there are still some problems in the actual teaching classroom.In order to investigate and solve the current problems in Cambodian Chinese learning and promote the better development of Chinese teaching,this study believes that we should pay attention to the academic emotion in the individual factors of Cambodian Chinese learners.At present,there are few researches on academic emotion of Cambodian Chinese learners who learn Chinese as a second language.Therefore,this study will take a Cambodian college student majoring in Chinese language as the investigation object to investigate their Chinese emotion.This study is mainly divided into two stages: the first stage is to conduct in-depth investigation and research on pleasure emotion,that is,to investigate the pleasure level of Chinese learners and its influencing factors by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative research and analysis.The quantitative analysis used SPSS 27.0 data analysis tool to make statistics and analysis on the scale data,and measured and investigated the Chinese pleasure level of Cambodian college students,the difference of Chinese pleasure level and the influencing factors of pleasure emotion.In the qualitative research,the qualitative analysis tool Nvivo was used to extract keywords from the open questions.The results of quantitative analysis on the factors influencing pleasure emotion are supplemented.The second stage is a comprehensive survey of nine academic emotions.On the basis of the first stage,this study carried out a relatively comprehensive investigation on the Chinese learning emotions of nine Cambodian college students,and investigated the level of nine kinds of Chinese learning emotions of Cambodian college students and their differences in gender,age,HSK level and learning time.The results show that Cambodian college students can generally experience pleasant emotions in the process of learning Chinese.There are five factors affecting the level of pleasant Chinese,including teachers,learners themselves,peers,classroom environment and culture,among which teachers are the most important factors.The second stage of the study showed that the level of positive emotions,such as pleasure,was much higher than that of negative emotions,such as anxiety,and other academic emotions except pleasure showed certain differences in gender,age,HSK level and learning time,and there was a certain correlation between academic emotions.Based on the above research results,this study starts from the five factors that affect the pleasure level of Chinese language learners in Cambodia,and proposes some teaching implications for improving the pleasure level of Chinese learners in Cambodia.
