| Monguor language belongs to the Mongolian language group of the Altaic language family.Monguor language is divided into Huzhu and Minhe dialects, and the two dialects have relatively large differences in phonology and vocabulary.Previous studies have mainly focused on the Huzhu dialect of the Monguor language, and there are few works on the comparative study of the two dialects. In this thesis, based on the description of the consonants of the two dialects,a comparative study is conducted mainly on the consonants of the Huzhu and Minhe dialects of the Monguor language, which identifies the patterns of consonant correspondence and reveals the evolutionary features of the Monguor dialects. It also points out the similarities and differences between the two dialects. This study not only provides the basis and reliable materials for the in-depth study of the ontology of the Monguor language, but also has important theoretical significance and academic value for the study of the phonological history of the Monguor language. This paper is divided into six parts, namely,Introduction,Chapter 1,Chapter 2,Chapter 3,Conclusion,and References. In the introduction, mainly explain the general situation of Monguor and Monguor language, introduce the current situation of domestic and foreign research, the purpose and significance of the selected topic, the research method and sources. The first chapter describes the consonant phonemes of the Huzhu and Minhe dialects of the Monguor language, mainly using the descriptive method. The second chapter focuses on the comparative study of the consonants of the Huzhu and Minhe dialects of the Monguor language, dividing the content into the parts of cepstral, ceprhotic, fricative, nasal, marginal, and glottal, etc.Using the comparative method, the phonological correspondence phenomena and patterns of the two dialects are compared and identified more systematically. The third chapter summarizes the consonant evolution patterns and their evolutionary features of the Huzhu and Minhe dialects of the Monguor language, and explores the process of consonant evolution of the Monguor language. The concluding section briefly summarizes the content of the whole text. |
