| Purpose:Through clinical trial observation,eye acupuncture acupuncture in the treatment group and ear acupuncture acupuncture in the control group were used to evaluate the efficacy of eye acupuncture therapy in the treatment of simple obesity by observing obesity index,blood lipid index and TCM syndrome score.To provide new ideas for the treatment of obesity,for the clinical treatment of simple obesity to provide more convenient,more effective treatment plan,better clinical service.Material and method:From July 2020 to December 2021,60 patients with simple obesity and syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance in the outpatient department and ward of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated Hospital were selected.Patients meeting the requirements were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated by ear acupuncture with three focal points,endocrine,sympathetic,subcortical,spleen and stomach.Use 75% alcohol for local routine disinfection,press the needle on the acupoints and paste the two ears alternately.During the period of acupuncture,press the acupoints once half an hour before three meals every day,and press each acupoint 10-15 times each time.The pressure intensity should be better if there is local acid,swelling,numbness and pain.The needle can be removed by itself after 24 h,and the patient was instructed to remove the screw needle in time to prevent infection in case of pruritus,redness and swelling at the operation site during the period of embedding the needle.The treatment was once every other day,three times a week,and four weeks as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.The observation group was treated by eye acupuncture,and the points were selected: bilateral middle coke,bilateral spleen and stomach,bilateral lung and large intestine,bilateral kidney and bladder,bilateral upper coke and bilateral lower coke.Before dinner,local routine disinfection with 75% alcohol will lift the needle on the acupoints.Before dinner and half an hour before breakfast on the second day,press the acupoints 1 times,each time each acupoint press 10 to 15 times,and the intensity of pressure is best with local acid,swelling,numbness and pain.It can be removed after breakfast on the second day,and the patient was instructed to remove the screw needle in time to prevent infection in case of pruritus,redness and swelling at the operation site during the period of needle embedding.The treatment was once a day,6 times a week,and 4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,clinical indicators and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was conducted on the study data,and the measurement data were expressed as mean soil standard deviation(X ± S).When normal distribution was observed,paired sample T test was used for intra-group comparison,and independent sample T test was used for inter-group comparison.Non-parametric rank-sum test is used when it does not conform to normal distribution.Unidirectional ordered classification variables are tested by monomial ordered rank sum test.P<0.05 was considered as significant difference.Results:1.The effective rate after treatment was 90% in the observation group and 80% in the control group.The comparison between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups,P > 0.05.2.Comparison of body weight,BMI,percentage of fat(F),waist circumference,hip circumference and TCM syndrome score between 2 groups before and after treatment showed P < 0.05,indicating that both groups had curative effect;After treatment,the percentage of fat(F)and TCM syndrome score(P < 0.05)were compared between the two groups,and the observation group was better than the control group.All other indexes were P > 0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.3.Comparison of blood lipid indexes between the two groups before and after treatment,P <0.05,both groups had curative effect;After treatment,the comparison between the two groups was all P < 0.05,and the observation group was better than the observation group in regulating blood lipid indexes.Conclusion:There is no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two in the treatment of simple obesity,but eye acupuncture therapy has a better effect on lipid index,and better improvement of TCM clinical symptoms.Because of the advantages of less acupoint election and simple operation,eye acupuncture therapy is more worthy of clinical application. |
