A Comparative Study On The Medication Rules Of Ancient Doctors And Professor Liu Yanxia In Treating Oligomenorrhe

Objective:Using data mining technology,the prescriptions for the treatment of menorrhagia in ancient literature and the prescriptions of Professor Liu Yanxia for the outpatient treatment of the disease were mined separately,and the medication and matching rules of the two were compared,and the clinical ideas and drug matching of ancient doctors and Professor Liu in the treatment of menorrhagia were discussed,so as to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of menorrhagia.Methods:Through the search of 1156 ancient medical books included in the Chinese Medical Codex,ancient prescriptions for the treatment of menorrhagia were collected;Through the outpatient electronic medical record system of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Dongfang Hospital,the prescriptions of cases of Professor Liu’s outpatient treatment of menorrhagia from January 2019 to February 2023 were collected.The Excel database was established to descriptive statistics on the age of patients and the frequency,efficacy category,attribution,four qi and five flavors of the drugs prescribed,SPSS Modeler was used to analyze drug association rules,SPSS was used to systematically cluster analysis of drugs,combined with the clinical experience interview with Professor Liu,and finally through the comparison of ancient and modern drug rules,the similarities and differences between ancient doctors and Professor Liu Yanxia in the treatment of menorrhagia disease were summarized,and the development and changes of medication rules over time were discussed.Results:1 Results of prescription studies in ancient texts for the treatment of oligomenorrhagia1.1 Descriptive statistical analysis resultsA total of 140 prescriptions that met the standards were included,involving a total of 239 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,and the top 10 high-frequency drugs were angelica,guizhi,white peony,Chuanxiong,rhubarb,licorice,ginseng,peony peel,ox knee,and poria;The efficacy categories were the most blood circulation and stasis removal drugs,blood tonic drugs,and warm menstrual cold dispersing drugs;Attributed to the liver and spleen,followed by the heart,kidney,lung and stomach;The medicinal properties are mostly mild,cold and flat;The medicinal taste mostly belongs to three categories:spicy,sweet and bitter.1.2 Association rule analysis resultsA total of 15 drug association rules and 20 keratology association rules were obtained,sorted from highest to lowest support,the first 3 of the drug association rules were angelicaguizhi,angelica-white peony,angelica-Chuanxiong,and the first 3 keratology association rules were angelica-Chuanxiong-white peony,angelica-licorice-white peony,angelica-white peonyguizhi.1.3 Systematic clustering resultsThe top 25 high-frequency drugs can be clustered into eight categories:C1:angelica,poria,baiju,ginseng,Chuanxiong,licorice,white peony;C2:Peony peel,fuhuso;C3:Laurel branch,red peony;C4:Raw ground yellow,turtle nail;C5:Cooked ground yellow,aconite,ox knee;C6:windproof;C7:woody incense,zeppel,safflower,fragrant stick,tangerine peel;C8:Rhubarb,peach,dried ginger.2 Results of Professor Liu Yanxia’s prescription for the treatment of oligomenorrhea2.1 Descriptive statistical analysis resultsA total of 249 prescriptions that met the standards were included,involving a total of 184 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,and the top 10 high-frequency drugs were angelica,baiju,dodder,wolfberry,cooked ground yellow,Chuanxiong,prince ginseng,continuity,danshen,and poria;The efficacy categories were the most Qi tonics,blood circulation and stasis removal drugs,blood tonics,Yang drugs,and Yin supplements;It is mostly attributed to the three meridians of the liver,kidney and spleen,followed by the lungs,heart and stomach meridians;The medicinal properties are mostly mild,flat and cold;Medicinal taste mostly belongs to three categories:sweet,bitter and spicy.2.2 Association rule analysis resultsA total of 15 drug association rules and 20 keratology association rules were obtained,sorted by the highest degree of support,the first 3 drug association rules were dodder-baiju,angelica-baishu,dodder-angelica,and the first three keratology association rules were angelicagojiberry-dodder,baishu-gojiberry-dodder,dodder-angelica-baiju.2.3 Systematic clustering resultsThe first 25 high-frequency drugs can be gathered into four categories:C1:angelica,dodder seed,goji berry,continuity,huangjing,cooked ground yellow,codonopsis,ejiao;C2:yam,mulberry parasitism,white peony,privet;C3:Salvia,fragrant flower,moonflower,motherwort,chaihu,lulutong,princely ginseng;C4:Astragalus,Chuanxiong,Poria,Red Peony,Chicken Blood Vine,Baishu.3 Comparison of medication rules for the treatment of menorrhagia by ancient physicians and Professor LiuAmong the top 40 high-frequency drugs,there are a total of 12 drugs that appear together,including:angelica,white peony,Chuanxiong,licorice,peony peel,ox knee,poria,baiju,cooked ground yellow,red peony,fragrant and tangerine peel,among which,both of which appear most frequently with angelica;Among the top 3 efficacy categories,both include blood circulation and stasis removal drugs and blood tonic drugs;In terms of returning to the meridians,in ancient times,the liver and spleen meridians were the most,and in modern times,the liver and kidney meridians were the most;In terms of medicinal properties,both are used most by mild,flat and cold drugs;In terms of medicinal taste,both were the most used with spicy,sweet and bitter drugs,but the order was different;The support of modern drug combinations is higher than that of ancient times,and the common countermeasures of the two are angelica-cooked rehmania,and horn medicine is angelica-baishu-Chuanxiong.Conclusion:1.The high-frequency drugs shared by the two are mainly the eight treasure soup of qi and blood double supplement and the drug of qi and blood revitalization,both of which are complementary and common in the treatment of menorrhagia;2.Ancient physicians attached great importance to the pathogenesis of cold coagulation and blood stasis,and the treatment was mainly based on temperature and tong,and there was a supplement in the passage;Professor Liu attaches great importance to the pathogenesis of kidney deficiency and blood deficiency,and the treatment is mainly based on tonifying the kidney and nourishing the blood.
