Objective:To understand the current situation of family caregivers benefit finding of cerebral ischemic stroke and explore its influencing factors,in order to provide theoretical basis and data support to improving the level of cerebral ischemic stroke family caregivers’ benefit finding and develop intervention measures in the future. Methods:This is a descriptive study.Using the convenient sampling method, selected the cerebral ischemic stroke family caregivers who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the department of neurology of a tertiary hospital in Shenyang from August 2021 to June 2022 as the research objects, and used the General Information Questionnaire,Caregiver Benefit Scale,Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview,Sense Of Coherence-13,Social Support Rating Scaleas the research tools,To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of family caregivers’ benefit finding of cerebral ischemic stroke.Excel was used for data entry and SPSS25.0software was used for data analysis.General information,Caregivers’ benefit finding,Sense of coherence,Care burden, and Social support were statistically described.Using independent sample T-Test,one-way ANOVA to analyze the differences between different demographic data and family caregiver’s benefit finding;Using Pearson correlation analysis to analyze the correlations between Benefit finding and Sense of coherence,Care burden,Social support. The multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of benefit finding among family caregivers of cerebral ischemic stroke.Results:1.The score of family caregivers benefit finding of cerebral ischemic stroke: the total score(95.62±9.40),the scores of each dimension,in descending order, were family growth(29.52±3.45),health promotion(25.83±3.28),personal growth(25.46±4.43),and selfsublimation(14.81±2.29).2.The results of the univariate analysis showed that the cerebral ischemic stroke family caregiver’s benefit finding score differs in caregiver’s age, education level, per capita monthly income, daily care hours, patient’s number of strokes, duration of illness and Self-care ability,These differences are statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Correlation analysis showed that the family caregivers benefit finding of cerebral ischemic stroke was positively correlated with Sense of coherence(r=0.528,P <0.01)and Social support(r=0.552,P <0.01);and negatively correlated with the Care burden(r=-0.360,P <0.01).4.Multiple linear regression showed that the six variables of caregiver monthly income per capita(β=2.502,P<0.001),daily care hours(β=2.318,P=0.001),Care burden(β=-0.169,P < 0.001),Sense of coherence(β=0.244,P=0.001),Social support(β=0.590,P<0.001),patient’s Self-care ability(β=2.320,P<0.001)entered the regression equation, which were the influencing factors in family caregiver’s benefit finding of cerebral ischemic stroke(P <0.01),and jointly explain 57.3% of the variability of caregiver’s benefit finding. Conclusion:、In this study,The family caregivers’ benefit finding of cerebral ischemic stroke is moderately low,and there is room for improvement. The influencing factors include: per capita monthly income of the family caregivers, daily care hours Sense of coherence,Care burden,Social support, and patient’s self-care ability.Medical professionals should consider the above influencing factors and pay more attention to family caregivers with high psychological stress, low social support, and heavy caregiving burden according to their different characteristics, and take measures to increase support channels, encourage relatives to visit, and assist in rehabilitation training to improve the level of cerebral ischemic stroke family caregivers’ benefit finding.
