Exploring Professor Zhang Yan's Medication Rules For Treating Bradyarrhythmias Based On Data Minin

Purpose: The clinical data of 180 patients with bradyarrhythmia were retrospectively analyzed.The medication rules of Professor Zhang Yan in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia were discussed by data mining,and the clinical medication experience was summarized to provide reference for clinical medication.Materials and Methods:The data of 180 patients with bradyarrhythmia diagnosed by Zhang Yan expert outpatient clinic in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were collected.After standardizing the basic information,primary disease,clinical symptoms,western medicine diagnosis,traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and prescription medication of patients,they were input into the Microsoft Office Excel 2019 form and a database was created.The software Microsoft Office Excel 2019,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used for data statistical analysis.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used to obtain medication frequency,commonly used drug combinations and new prescriptions.Summarize the medication characteristics and medication rules of Professor Zhang Yan in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia.Results:1.Analysis of 180 patients included showed that the incidence of bradyarrhythmia was higher in women than in men,and the age of onset in 60-69 years old patients with the most.second degree typeⅠatrioventricular block is the main type.In terms of primary disease,patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease are the most.Palpitation is the primary clinical symptom.2.A total of 180 prescriptions were collected in this study,involving a total of 116 kinds of drugs.The top ten drugs were cassia twig,white peony root,licorice,astragalus,salvia miltiorrhiza,chuanxiong,aconite,angelica,peach kernel and safflower.The statistical results of drug efficacy showed that the frequency of tonic drugs was the highest,followed by blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs.The medicinal properties are mainly warm drugs,and the flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.The first meridian of the drug is the heart meridian,followed by the spleen,liver,lung and kidney meridians.3.The results of drug association analysis showed that a total of 39 groups of association rules were obtained.Professor Zhang Yan ’s commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of slow arrhythmia were cinnamon → aconite,atractylodes → poria cocos,polygala → jujube kernel,turmeric→Cyperus rotundus,Codonopsis+ licorice→cassia twig,safflower + angelica→astragalus,etc.4.Drug cluster analysis obtained three new prescriptions : Prescription 1 : Astragalus,Angelica,Codonopsis,Chuanxiong,Salvia,peach kernel,safflower,and jujube kernel;prescription 2 : Guizhi,Gancao,Fuling,Xiangfu;prescription 3 : aconite,cinnamon,dogwood,epimedium,white peony root,pueraria.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhang Yan ’s commonly used drugs for slow arrhythmia are Guizhi,Baishao,Gancao,Huangqi,Danshen,Chuanxiong,Fuzi,Danggui,Taoren and Honghua.2.Professor Zhang Yan ’s treatment of slow arrhythmia,often pay attention to the balance of qi and blood,harmony is precious,yin and yang balance,yin and yang secret,cold and warm,pungent and sweet yang,yin and yang,five internal organs.3.Professor Zhang Yan believes that the cause of bradyarrhythmia is ’ deficiency ’ and ’ stasis ’,with deficiency as the root and stasis as the branch.And proposed Yiqi,Yangxue,Wenyang,Huoxue treatment.4.Cluster analysis obtained three clustering prescriptions,mainly based on Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue Recipe,Wenfu Xinyang Recipe,Wenshen Huoxue Recipe,and flexibly selected and modified according to clinical syndrome differentiation.
