Based On Data Mining Technology To Study Medication Rule Of Professor Xikui Zhang In The Treatment Of Lower Urinary Tract

Objective:Objective to study the clinical treatment ideas and prescription experience of Professor Xikui Zhang(hereinafter referred to as tutor)in the treatment of lower urinary tract infection through data mining technology.Methods:A total of 100 medical records and 200 prescriptions were included in this study;There were 39 males and 61 females,with a ratio of 1:1.56;50 drugs were used more than 5.00%frequently,which were commonly used in this study;The most frequently used drugs were tonic drugs,diuretic drugs and heat clearing drugs,followed by Xiaoshi drugs,astringent drugs,Qi regulating drugs,dampness removing drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,etc;The cold nature is the most,the mild and warm nature is the second,and the cool nature is the least;Among the five flavors,sweet and bitter are the most,followed by pungent,sour and astringent,and salty and light are the least;The drugs of kidney,spleen and liver were the most,followed by stomach,lung and bladder;The main drug combinations were Radix Bupleuri and Scutellaria baicalensis,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi and Eclipta,Radix Puerariae and coix seed,Radix Astragali and Qumai,millet bud and malt,litchi seed and North liujinu,Qingpi and Chenpi.Core prescription: the first group of drugs: Shiwei,Qumai,wild chrysanthemum,Dendrobium,Scrophularia,liushenqu,Qingpi,Chenpi,cuttlebone,Amomum villosum.The second group: bupleurum,Scutellaria baicalensis,Pinellia ternata,licorice,Coptis chinensis,litchi seed,beiliujinu,oyster,turtle shell,plantain seed,Zizyphus Spinosae seed,millet bud and malt.The third group: Radix Astragali,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Eclipta,Achyranthes bidentata,Rhizoma Imperata,Panax notoginseng,cortex dictamni and Fructus Kochiae.The fourth group: Radix rehmanniae,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Fructus Corni,Poria cocos,Rhizoma alismatis,Cortex Moutan,Rhizoma Polygonati,Rhizoma Polygonati.The fifth group of drugs: Rosa laevigata,Euryale ferox seed,sangsheng,Cuscuta chinensis,Schisandra chinensis,Dipsacus asperata,Eucommia ulmoides,Alpinia oxyphylla,Pueraria lobata,coix seed,Jineijin.Results:A total of 100 medical records were included in no-heat drugs;the five flavors are sweet and bitter the most,pungent,sour,and astringent are the next,salty and light are the least;the three meridians of the drugs are kidney,spleen,and liver the most.Stomach,lung,and bladder followed;the main drug compatibility includes Bupleurum and Scutellaria,Ligustrum lucidum and Eclipta prostrata,Pueraria lobata and Coix seed,Shiwei and dianthus,grain sprout and malt,lychee kernel and Beiliujinu,Qingpi and Tangerine peel.The core prescription is: the first group of drugs: Shiwei,dianthus,wild chrysanthemum,dendrobium,scrophulariaceae,Liushenqu,green peel,tangerine peel,mulberry,and Amomum villosum.The second group of drugs:Bupleurum,Scutellaria,Pinellia,Licorice,Coptis,Lychee Seed,Beiliu Jinu,Oyster,Turtle Shell,Plantago Seed,Sour Date Seed,Grain Sprout,Malt.The third group of drugs:Astragalus,Ligustrum lucidum,Eclipta prostrata,Achyranthes bidentata,Imperata cylindrica root,Panax notoginseng,Baixian peel,Kochia scoparia.The fourth group of drugs:Rehmannia glutinosa,Chinese yam,Cornus,Poria,Alisma,Moutan bark,Polygonatum,Thunb.The fifth group of drugs: Golden Sakura Seed,Gorgon,Mulberry,Cuscuta,Schisandra,Dipsacus,Eucommia,Yizhiren,Pueraria lobata,Coix Seed,Gallus gallus domesticus.Conclusion:1.The external causes of lower urinary tract infection are mainly dampness and heat,often mixed with toxin and blood stasis.The internal cause is mainly kidney,spleen and liver deficiency,involving bladder,lung,triple energizer,stomach and other organs.The pathogenesis follows the changes of six meridians in Treatise on febrile diseases.2.Tutor in the treatment of strengthening the body and tonifying deficiency,eliminating dampness,clearing heat and removing blood stasis,astringent convergence,and stomach Xiaoshi,Shugan Liqi for five commonly used treatment.The commonly used drug combinations are Bupleurum and Scutellaria baicalensis,Ligustrum lucidum and Eclipta,Pueraria lobata and coix seed,Shiwei and Qumai,Guya and malt,litchi seed and liujinu,Qingpi and Chenpi.Shiwei powder,Xiaochaihu Decoction,Huangqi Erzhi Pill,Liuwei Dihuang pill and
