Research On The Path Of Cultural Integration In Ethnically Embedded Immigrant Communitie

"Ethnic inter-embedded" is a concept first proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in2014 at the work conference on further promoting social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang,aiming to deal with ethnic affairs and relations.The relocation has achieved great success,and many ethnic inter-embedded resettlement communities have been formed in the cultural sense.Based on the spatial reconstruction and cultural integration of ethnic immigrant relocation,this paper starts from the three-dimensional attributes of space and the level of cultural integration,using observation methods and interviews.The law conducted an in-depth investigation on the cultural integration of ethnic immigrants in the natural space,social space and psychological space in the resettlement area of Xing Yi City,and concluded that due to the reconstruction of living space and the inherent differences between urban and rural culture and ethnic culture,immigrants fell into living habits.Among the cultural conflicts at different levels,such as "stripping","shortage" of social resources,and "crisis of identity",and through in-depth analysis,it is believed that the root causes of the conflict are:the lack of "belonging" in natural space culture and the difficulty in "taking root" in social space culture ”,“marginalization” of psychological space cultural adaptation,etc.,which lead to the dilemma of cultural integration and development of ethnic inter-embedded communities.Combining the theory of space and the theory of cultural integration,in the process of gradual integration of ethnic inter-embedded community cultures,the paths explored from the three dimensions of material,society and spirit are:(1)Construct a multi-ethnic cultural integration environment at the natural space level;(2)Strengthen the power of multi-ethnic cultural integration at the social space level;(3)Cultivate the awareness of multi-ethnic cultural integration at the psychological space level;Solve a series of cultural conflicts caused by spatial reconstruction,and use cultural integration to promote the deep social integration and integration of ethnic immigrants.High-quality development can truly achieve the social goals of the ex-situ poverty alleviation and relocation project,and then promote the construction of ethnic inter-embedded communities and the Chinese nation community,and form a harmonious social environment of "beauty and beauty,and the world is united".
