Research On The Cultural Construction Of The Relocation Poverty Alleviation Community In Guiyan

In the 13 th Five-Year Plan,China will launch a major relocation project to alleviate poverty and lead the poor people who are not well fed by one side of the land to escape from poverty and development.By 2020,China had completed the task of poverty alleviation and built a moderately prosperous society in all respects,more than 9.6 million poor people have been relocated and lifted out of poverty.During the14 th five-year Plan period,the work of poverty alleviation and relocation in China has entered a new stage of development,and the focus has changed into follow-up support.In the new period of effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,high quality cultural construction of poverty alleviation and relocation community is not only an important part of the follow-up support work of poverty alleviation and relocation,but also the key link to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and relocation.This paper selects six poverty-alleviation relocation communities in Guiyang,Guizhou Province as the object of this study.Through field research,questionnaire,interview and other forms,combined with existing research results,this paper systematically studies the cultural construction of poverty-alleviation relocation communities in Guiyang’s poverty-alleviation areas in five parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,key difficulties,innovation and research methods.The second part discusses the connotation of culture,community,community culture construction and poverty alleviation relocation in inhospitable areas.Taking Marx’s cultural view,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao’s thoughts on cultural construction and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s related exposition on cultural construction as the theoretical basis of this paper,and expounds the important significance and content of the cultural construction of relocation community.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of the cultural construction of the poverty-alleviation relocated communities in the inhospitable areas of Guiyang and the achievements of the cultural construction of the relocated communities in Guiyang.The survey includes field visits to the community’s cultural infrastructure,cultural system,cultural activities and questionnaires to the relocated people.In the fourth part,based on the survey results,the author summarizes the problems existing in the cultural construction of the relocated communities in Guiyang,and considers the causes of the current cultural construction problems in combination with the particularity of the poverty-alleviation relocated communities in the inconveniently located areas of Guiyang ethnic areas.The fifth part is the optimal path of the cultural construction of the poverty-relief relocated communities in Guiyang.Countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of talents,activities,facilities and so on,which is the ultimate embodiment of the theory.This series of measures are to improve the cultural construction of the relocated communities in inhospitable areas,and further promote the subsequent development of the relocated communities.
