"Facilitating Village Collective":the Solution To The Dilemma Of Rural Cultural Construction

In the context of the development of the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy,strengthening the construction of rural culture is conducive to improving the ability of rural governance and realizing the coordinated development of rural material civilization,political civilization and social spiritual civilization.However,at the present stage,the rural cultural construction has the dilemma of the lack of the main body of cultural construction,the mismatch between the supply and demand of cultural construction,and the lack of cultural value production capacity.This paper attempts to propose a feasible way to solve the dilemma of rural cultural construction by analyzing the case of successful rural cultural construction in X Village in Zhejiang Province.This paper uses semi-structured interviews to study the cultural construction of X Village in Zhejiang Province,and finds that X Village in Zhejiang Province strives for projects,attracts elite groups in the village,creates multi-level cultural activities,and helps build Social organization and other methods have realized the introduction of cultural construction resources in the village,the activation of the main body of cultural construction in the village,the improvement of the cultural construction supply system,and the effective organization of the villagers,thus promoting the effective implementation of the village’s rural cultural construction.Through further analysis,it is found that the village collective can participate in the construction of rural culture and play its active role due to the dual effects of the hard incentive of government resources and the soft incentive of the village cadres’ expressive needs.The construction will also be limited by the standardized operation of grassroots governance and the internal constraints of the acquaintance society.Finally,through the above analysis and discussion,this paper attempts to briefly summarize and generalize this successful case,and conclude that the village collective can effectively link resources,realize multiple activation of subjects,and ensure multiple levels of supply.Sexuality to solve the development dilemma of rural cultural construction.Through the analysis of the cultural construction of X Village in Zhejiang Province,the following conclusions are drawn.As the intermediate organization and the main body of rural cultural construction,"Facilitating Village Collective" have the autonomous ability to respond to the needs of villagers and undertake administrative tasks of higher authorities in rural cultural construction.It integrates and redistributes various actors and rural resources,and can break through the current predicament of rural cultural construction and development.With the in-depth advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,rural construction is faced with more urgent needs.How to activate the endogenous force of "Facilitating Village Collective" has become an important way to realize rural revitalization and promote rural construction.
