Interpretation of well test data from stratum has been a difficult problem that is hard to find a good way to resolve. The stratum that is below ground has different physical, chemical and fluid mechanism properties with that of upper stratum. In order to resolve that problem, the write import thesis of oil geology anomaly into interpretation of well test data from stratum. Guided by the thesis of oil geology anomaly, the write suggested that the variation of well test data from stratum is the responds of geology properties of stratum. And then the writer set up a new set of well data interpretation method basing on oil geology anomaly analysis, which was then carried out by methods of artificial neutral network that is derived from data mining technology. The language of software programming is Visible Basic 6.0. The main content of the thesis includes: studying on causes of well test data from stratum; responding analysis of anomaly from stratum that is tested; type classification of the tested stratum; studying on corresponding relationship between geology anomaly and well test data variation and calculating method of BP; application of the software that is developed in the thesis. Through the research, the following new conclusions were got: well test data from stratum can reflect the properties of the tested stratum: the well test data like pressure, time etc., that is derived from well test can reflect well the physical and fluid mechanism properties of the tested stratum, all of which can have different variation in different depth, this brings interruption with data interpretation; there shall be a kind of non-linear corresponding relationship between geology anomaly and variation of well test data: through studies, it is proved that both of them have a kind of causation relationship that can be described by linear relationship; application of BP to set relationship between geology anomaly and well test data is feasible. From the thesis, it is concluded that the application of thesis of oil geology anomaly has good application future, which will bring great reformation with oil geology analysis.
