It have been attention to simulation of the alloy solidification, it's our expectation that could predict the distribution of alloying elements, structure and properties according to system numeration. The article discusses the temperature-field and concentration field of initial solidification to reveal the solidification essence of the first stimulation from the environment which is lacked of research. It is proposed creatively that the process of solidification comprises acute cooling period and normal cooling period, especially in the edges of the casting the stimulation would effect the finally structure intensively. Which the testing equipment, the research of materials' non-equilibrium non-linear action, the data analysis program, the research of heat exchange and the vision of simulation are bat around particularly.The equipment for testing T-t-r of initially solidification is self-designed and made, which is fasting and multicenter. In order to eliminate the temperature lags between the thermoelectric device and the liquid, the temperature of thermoelectric device and the liquid is same first, in order to save the whole eigenvalue, the high speed sampling system is applied, in order to make the outcome repeatly, the flume on the mould is designed to contain the same liquid. The theory is not only testing but also inspecting rapidly.According to data analysis there is surge and multimode on the solidification front. The fluctuating on the isotherm plane is explained by surge, and the surge provided the academic foundation for the solidification control function. The multimode provided the academic foundation for getting aimed structure by changing the stimulation from the environment. On the process of solidification simulation, the randomicity and the authenticity are combined together. And the simulation is according to assuming a random value to judge the nucleus situation.The program of calculation and analysis system is made to analysis large data from testing. There is not only good man-machine conversation interface but also special request of data analyze. The program could simulate curve by beelinefunction, hyperbola function, power function, exponential function, logarithm function, exponential function 1, exponential function 2, radical sign function, s-curve function, binomial , cubic and quartic. Correlative coefficient is displayed on the interface to filtrate the simulation curve. The simulation curve is displayed on the interface to filtrate the simulation curve too. In order to give attention to ordinarily and nicety choice, the program provide two method including mouse point choice and input coordinate value. The program could simulate not only simple variable but also composite variable, which extend the application of polynomial simulation.It is proposed that the process of solidification apart from two period: the foul-up period because the liquid is stimulated by environment, which is called acute cooling period; the normal period after liquid recombined. The article prove the conclusion and make the calculation of /s on acute cooling period.It is creativity proposed "SS" chart, which could analyze the finally structure of different situation. From this the article make conclusion: the acute cooling structure has layer distributing, the acute cooling structure contains on the edge of casting, the others is melt or become the nucleus of the normal period.The cybernetics is used to calculate the temperature field of solidification. The quadratic of cybernetics is used to describe the relationship of t-r. The Dynamic Respond and Dynamic Metric Control (DMC) are used to describe the time excursion of isotherm.
