Pine seed is full of nutritious compositions, 68% of which is Pine seed oil. The objective of this study was extracting Pine seed oil with supercritical CO2 extraction technique developed, extracting process was studied deeply and systematically in this paper. The content is as follows:1. The extracting technology of Pine seed oil by supercritical CO2 was investigated. Some factors which influenced oil yield were evaluated with single factor trial, the optical conditions were extracting time is ISOmin, breaking material is in flake, the transition pressure is about 30 MPa . Extracting pressure . extracting temperature and CO2 flow rate were important to extracting process, the optimum technical conditions occurred when the operating pressure was varied from 30 to 35 MPa, the temperature was varied from 45 to 50℃,the CO2 flow rate was varied from 20 to 30kg/h. The favorable separation conditions were observed at a pressure of 12 MPa from separation vessel I and temperatures of 50℃ and room temperature from separation vessel I and II in turn.2. The different oil concentrations and solubilities in supercritical CO2 were used to evaluated the extracting process. The changing of oil yield with time was analyzed by discussing transfer resistance.3. Pine seed oil was obtained with supercritical CO2 extraction and fractionation, the result was explained by this approach.4. Lipid mark values of Pine seed oil deriving from supercritical CO2, solvent, squeezing respectively were tested , the values from supercritical CO2 were superior to the others.5. The fatty acids composition in the Pine seed oil were determined by means of gas chromatography and gas chromatography -mass spectrometry. The unsaturated fatty acids amounted to 90% of total fatty acids, in which 62% is essential to human health.6. Antisenile effect of Pine seed oil was assessed in rats, in conclusion, the Pine seed oil has an antisenile effect in rats, the effects were due to a reduction in MDAvalue and a significantly increasing in SOD activity.7. Pine seed powered oil was produced with microencapsulation. The suggested parameters were: wall-material 15%, gum arabic/maltodextrin 1:1, emulsifeier 3%, oil/wall-material 1:1.5. ME of spray-dried was over 60% when o/w was 0.25-3.
